Welcome to Grand Panama Tower 2 Unit 402

Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom with a bunk, 2 bath condo in one of the premier condo buildings in Panama City Beach. Spectacular Gulf views, viewing both the sunrise and sunset, as well as you can enjoy the view of the Front Beach strip. Grand Panama amenities include fitness center, 2 pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, and a new General Store on site for the convenience.

Bedroom consists of new king size bed with en suite with large walk in shower and double vanity.
The bunks are in the hallway and the second bathroom is adjacent with tub/shower combo. There is a murphy bed in the living room perfect for one person.
The sofa does not expand into a sofa bed.

This gorgeous unit has everything your crew will need to enjoy their beach vacation, including high speed Wi-Fi! The entryway features a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops with stainless appliances that include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. The dining table is equipped with seating for 2, with an additional 3 bar stools for the kiddos. The living room features a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

Parking Passes are Purchased at Front Desk of Grand Panama - $55 per parking pass.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great location. Had all we needed and was perfect for the number of people we had in our group. Easy beach access and nice to have the walkway to other tower. 2 pools and loved the little Tiki bar at Tower 1.

Best location for ocean view

This was the first time we have ever stayed when it wasn’t ocean front, but it was a very nice condo. We especially loved the huge pool by the tower across from the beach.

Loved the balcony and view from the room. Centrally located to everything. Condo was clean in general but the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers need a deep clean and the cutlery set needs replaced. I would stay in this unit again. It was nice.

Great Location. Quiet. Family Friendly. Love the Murphy bed because you can still use the couch. The view was great. We could see the road and the beach. Love that it was so clean. Everything was great. I highly suggest.

Overall nice room

Room was very clean. Could use more wash rags and towels and there is not any kitchen rags or towels in the room. There was a problem with the beach service on first day which was best day at the beach because of rain so we didn’t get to really use the beach service. We went and bought chairs because they wouldn’t let us use but Julie did call and take care of the issue. It just rained every day after first day. We had another issue and Julie reviewed the problem pretty quickly. Very nice room and easy response from owner. Would recommend the stay.
