Beautiful 5 Star Home. 4 Bed 4.5 Bath. Quiet Corner Lot in the Heart of Seacrest

  • Located on the Corner of Cobia Run E. and Cast Net Ln in Seacrest Beach. 62 Cast Net Lane is a brand new build with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Located in popular Seacrest, right in between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Surrounded by endless dining, shopping and entertainment all within a short walk from the home, your family can always find something to do. Opt for walking 8 minutes to the beach or hop on the complimentary shuttle service (runs seasonally). The Lagoon pool is located right in the center of Seacrest for easy access, with a canteen to order lunch or snacks!


    Upon entering the home you will find yourself in the open concept living area with floor to ceiling white shiplap walls and beautiful wood flooring. The kitchen offers top of the line stainless steel appliances, a large center island with a farmhouse sink, and beautiful countertops. There is bar seating for four off the island and seating for six around the dining table. Out back is a screened in porch, outdoor seating, and built-in gas grill.
    There is a large guest bedroom with a king bed and full bath on the first floor. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and large private master bathroom. There is also a private patio with a large swinging day bed located off of the master bed room. The master bathroom has a large vanity with double sinks, a soaking tub, large walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom also has a king bed with a private full bath. The final bedroom has one set of queen/queen bunk beds and one full/twin bunk beds. The laundry room is also located on the second floor.
