The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

No Suntan spray on balcony or inside our condo. This creates slippery floors, stains furniture, and is hard to get off our beach view glass doors. :)

We had an amazing week in PCB! Bill and Shea were awesome hosts, communicated thoroughly before during and after our stay and take excellent care of their condo at Edgewater T3. The first thing we raved about was how clean and nice the condo was. We will definitely book with them again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Our stay at this beach condo was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The views were stunning and every detail made it feel like a true getaway. From peaceful mornings on the balcony watching the dolphins to fun filled afternoons on the beach. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay! Wonderful facility and gorgeous pools! Host was amazing and super responsive! For the work out junkies like me, be aware the gym is an extra charge and parking is an additional $50

Exceeded expectations

I cannot say enough about these hosts and this unit!! Let’s start with booking: very thorough information was given from the beginning! We were made aware of what would be provided with our rental- exactly how many Tide pods, Cascade packs, rolls of toilet paper, etc. That kept us from over packing! Next, quality! Usually what is provided in units saves the owner on the bottom line. Not here! These owners splurge for higher-quality linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc to keep guests as comfortable as possible. It’s the little things! Next, organization. The unit has so many things labeled, it’s easy to see how thorough these hosts are. That brings me to, Cleanliness: because the hosts were so organized and thorough, I felt like I could trust the way they cleaned the unit. Never before have I stayed anywhere that I felt like was as clean as my own home. It was truly a mental load off to be able to move around in a unit and not feel like I was stirring in some previous guests’ leftovers. We even took off our shoes 😂 I am so glad to have stayed with you all and look forward to booking again!

We had an amazing week at this property. It was just as listed with amazing views , sunsets on the balcony, beautiful clean pools, restaurant, and a close walk to a beautiful beach. It was super clean with everything you would need including chairs and umbrellas. Communication and check in were easy and the keypad on the door was convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend .

STAY HERE!!!! IT IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! My husband and myself just spent 2 weeks in this most delightful condo which I just can’t say enough positive things about!!! I normally do not write reviews but do when I receive excellent service which is exactly what we did with Bill the owner. The responses on any question or need was met promptly and with such positivity it was incredible. Then there’s this most amazing condo which has been taken care of on a level of to a degree that I can say it was the cleanest condo that I have ever stayed in and I have lived in 29 countries so consider myself well traveled. The attention to detail and decor is just spectacular and we were so pleased because even tho the pics are great online they can’t paint the true beauty of this place in person! The views are absolutely insane!!!! You don’t even have to leave the property at all if you don’t want to because they have food, drink and a store onsite however if you do choose to cook in your own kitchen boy does this place have everything that you need PLUS MORE!!! They are not short on anything. They were beyond the most thoughtful owners that I have ever rented from. They have every single one of your necessities well stocked so you will need for nothing except your food and drink. If you want a true home away from home that is perfectly clean, with beautiful decor, no worries about necessities, a fantastic owner, basically a worry free perfect vacation with insane views then this is YOUR PLACE!

Bill was great to work with and everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The room was great. We appreciated the overage of a couple essentials that we did not need, but it did make us notice how thoughtful the owners are. The elevators did break down for a few hours but were back up and running quickly. Parking is a bit tedious. The beach access and walking to the actual ocean are a bit longer but the pool and hot tub close by are nice amenities. The restaurant on site at Oceans was great and so nice to be able to order good food and not go anywhere. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater and will book again.
