Our first time in Panama City Beach did not disappoint! Clay was an excellent host and condo was clean with beautiful beach views. Clay and Glenda provided great restaurant and activity recommendations. If we come to Panama City Beach again, we'll stay here again!

This unit was beautiful and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The view is awesome. We had Waffle house, citgo, PineApple Willys right there in walking distance. I will most definitely keepin Clay and his wife on my favorites for my future stays. They are very nice and make sure you are taken care of. Very Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful view of both the pool and the beach from the condo—it was the perfect way to start and end each day.The included beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella was a huge bonus and made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. We didn’t have to worry about bringing or renting anything, which made the whole experience much more relaxing.Clay was very responsive and always trying to make sure everything was good for us.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great views and thoughtful amenities! We definitely did not want to leave.

Super cute place with AMAZING views from basically the whole Condo. Very clean and has a very private feel. A+ communication from hosts regarding check in and resort amenities. Love the beach chairs. Would love to return.

Great unit in a great location! Beach service was very nice. The unit is small, but for 2 of us, it was perfect. I could sit on the balcony listening/watching the ocean all day.

Great location right on the beach. Condo was on the 9th floor with amazing views of the ocean and was clean and had everything you needed to enjoy the stay there. FREE beach chairs was a huge plus. The property manager was awesome. If you had a question they responded right away. We will be staying again for sure.

This was our first time booking using VRBO. Clay is an excellent host. Clay provides great suggestions and is very responsive. The unit was great for my family of 4. Excellent views and very nice pool. We liked that the property is secure with gated access and security onsite. Don’t hesitate on booking this condo.

We stayed here for a long weekend and the condo was so nice and comfy. The location was very central to shops, restaurants, etc. The views of the water were amazing. The host was communicative and there were a bunch of small touches in the condo to make us feel at home. There was complementary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a perfect stay!

Perfect for a quick getaway

The process couldn’t be easier and every aspect of the trip- from booking to larking to state of the condo to checking out- was a breeze. The location is hard to beat and the area is very family friendly. Clay is responsive and kind. My favorite host!!
