Right on beach outdated

The location right on beach was amazing. However the description was very misleading bunks are not in a “office” but tucked away in the wall in hallway. Property is very outdated which isn’t that big of a deal but the condo was dirty. Filthy under beds behind furniture etc dirty dishes in dishwasher vents were disgusting. Guest bath shower had soap scum all over it toilet didn’t flush properly. Air in second bedroom didn’t work properly making it hot in there. We’ve been to multiple condominiums and this one was probably one of the least supplied for cooking. Fridge didn’t shut good nearly ruining my sons insulin had to keep something heavy in front of it to ensure it was closed. And the worse thing of all was multiple roaches climbing on walls. Very disappointed with this rental.

Great location but poor communications

We were there from June 22 until June 30. It is right on the beach. It does have a swimming pool. There is security on the parking lot. The view was pretty good but what this place lacked was a kitchen was not stocked very well for families wanting to cook their own meals or even a pizza cutter. There were beach towels there, but they smelled like smoke. We had to wash all of them before we could use them. The bedding is very comfortable. The floor was filthy when we got there I had to wipe up a water spill on the kitchen floor and the paper towel wasgray after the first couple of swipes meaning the housekeeper is not doing a very good job there. I ended up taking the vacuum apart because the filter had not been cleaned for I couldn’t even tell you win. We also went out and bought our own broom. Definitely not the cleanest place I’ve ever rented and I am a VRBO host to top it all off the toilet stopped working the very first day and we had to lift the lid and pull the chain every time to flush the main toilet. I tried to contact the property manager. She never Responded. Very disappointing.
