Beach and Ocean front 24th Floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo in Panama City Beach with full sunrise and sunset views from a private balcony. Max 5 Guests including children. Master king Bedroom with Full Bath, 2nd Twin Bedroom and full bathroom with stand-up shower, Owners have installed new flooring in the master bedroom, new furniture, and completely painted the condo, stocked the kitchen fully as well as installed new ceiling fans. Extra conveniences include Large Smart TV in Living Room and Large TV with Fire Stick in Master Bedroom, upgraded wifi speed, and cable entertainment package. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, new stainless LG appliances as well as new stack laundry unit in the condo. From the kitchen and living room look directly out over the sugar white beach and clear emerald gulf water. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch for wildlife and the action in the water.
Tidewater Beach Resort has 636 feet of gulf beach frontage. It is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast of Panama City Beach. Tidewater Beach Resorts amenities include two huge lagoon pools (4200 sq ft each) with spas, sauna, a heated indoor pool, pool side Tiki bar, a 4300 sq. ft. fitness center, a 5000 sq. ft. conference center, a movie theater, game room, full-service restaurant, covered & climate controlled walkways from the covered parking deck plus seven elevators. NOTE: AFTER BOOKING YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER ALL GUESTS AT: WWW.TidewaterHOA.com. There will be a $37.45 Amenity fee that you will pay after entering the required information. This property has everything needed for a beach vacation all the way down to the beach toys and after sun care. The only thing that we had to provide was food. After speaking to other guests i found out that our host provided so much more than the other hosts. 12

Pros: Comfortable bed and furniture, all appliances working well during stay. Check-in went smoothly. Beach chairs were always available. Quiet in condo unit. Cons: Despite a non-smoking facility, lots of cigarettes/vapes on surrounding balconies and beach. Very crowded resort, such that small elevators were busy with long waits. No beach towels provided on site, nor in the unit (did not know we had to travel with them).

This was our first time staying at Tidewater. Our host, Lois was absolutely wonderful to work with. She provided all necessary information ahead of time and was available as well as quick to respond with an answer to any questions. The only issue with this location is the extremely slow elevators. We had to plan to leave to go out with 20-30 extra minutes just because of the speed of the elevators. However, Lois and the Tidwatwr staff were excellent and so very nice! 😊 definitely a host that we will be booking with again!!

Quick PCB Vacation
We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this condo. It was very nice and exactly as described and perfect for my husband and me. The host is very friendly and helpful and made the check in/out process easy. The resort is large and was very busy, so the elevators were always at capacity. Parking is across the street, which adds to travel time once the elevators get you to the main floor. In spite of these drawbacks, we will definitely book this condo again.

This condo was clean and very well stocked. Almost everything we thought we'd have to buy was already in the unit. It was very nice having a set of beach chairs and umbrella provided along with the whole storage closet of any beach item you might need. We only had to wait around 5 mins for the elevator each time, but I could see how wait times would be much longer during busier months. The check in process was quick and easy. We filled out the registration form a week early so everything was ready when we arrived. The host, Lois, was so helpful and kind! She answered any questions we had and even reached out during our trip to make sure we were aware of the weather situation. Overall we had a great stay and would come back!

Our unit was perfect and had all the amenities you could ask for. Great pools, great beach and very well staffed. We were a short drive from Pier Park and lots of restaurants and shopping areas. There was an elevator not functioning the week we were there and wait times were long, but hopefully that’s just a temporary issue.

Best condo with so many amenities
Lois is an amazing host. She supplied so many unexpected amenities enough shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, water toys, utility cart, big wheel beach cart, our own luggage cart for unloading and loading. Plus beach umbrella and chairs included in cost of room. Spices, salt, oils, and other items we didn’t need to haul down there for our convenience. Precise elevator directions to help with the only drawback to location the elevators. Above and beyond in all hosting qualities.
