    The Space:

    Give yourself the break you deserve in this beautiful beachfront condo. You can enjoy a day walking on the beach, take a dip in one of Pinnacle Ports' two pools, or go for a bike ride around the gated Carillon community. Either way, you can not go wrong with this quaint and cozy condo. You have two primary bedrooms, both of which have a full bathroom, and a sofa bed for any friends tagging along on vacation. Off of the living area, you'll find the personal washer/dryer. Return from the beach to snuggle up in the living room and watch a fun movie or sports game on the TV. From the partial beach views to the stone-walled shower, you feel like you're being pampered in the warmest place on earth.

    Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

    The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Great location right on the beach. Beautiful little gated community. Most of the sinks (tubs in particular) were clogged/slow-draining, kitchen ware was extremely limited (drink ware, skillets, pans, etc). Dishwasher needs servicing as it did not wash well (dishes had to be manually washed). Unit was clean though. Owner needs to invest a little bit on overall maintenance and kitchen ware. Building has 3 elevators servicing the entire building but 2 were down for maintenance most of the day which caused high delays in getting to units (thankfully this unit was/is on 1st floor (essentially 2nd floor). Overall 7/10.

If I could give this a zero star I would! Everything was broken, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker. No cold water in one of the bathrooms - only scalding hot water in the shower, as a result we were only able to use one bathroom with 3 adults and 2 children. Only 3 cups, plates, 3 forks in the kitchen. When we called the property management they sent out someone to fix the washer/dryer, after being in the condo for 2 hours, he left saying he's not able to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous! Stay away!
