* The resort requires a guest registration fee of $25 that provides up to 2 parking spaces in the covered garage that connects to the condo through a climate controlled skybridge. You will be sent a registration link with your lease agreement.

* Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All guests staying will be asked to provide us with names and ages of guests staying along with a copy of their ID. If you cannot provide verification, you will be asked to leave. Also note that there is a three-night minimum stay for spring break (between the last two weeks of March and first two weeks of April) and Memorial Day through Labor Day.
