Unwind in this cute, comfortable condo that sleeps 6 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunks and a comfy sleeper sofa in an expansive living room. This condo is also equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, modern decor, and large flat screen TV s! Best of all are the “front row seats” on the private balcony so the family can breathe in the salt air and take in the stunning gulf views.

The location was great. We parked our car in the garage and did not have to get back in it again. Everything was in walking distance. You had sharkies and runaway island on both sides. The condo was very clean. Would stay here again.

Beachside paradise

The condo is very well appointed- everything you could want/need in the kitchen; plenty of linens for the bath and bedrooms. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot - a great table and chairs and a lounger. The view was spectacular - 23rd floor overlooking the water. Best spot ever to watch the sunset. Our hosts were wonderful to work with and so very helpful!

The property manager was amazing. Room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The balcony view was spectacular and access to runaway island in walking distance. The beach was very clean and wasn’t too crowded. Definitely plan on returning to this condo.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It was clean and as advertised. Check in was flawless, no issues. The garage code and door codes worked without issue. We recommend this unit to others who want a nice place to stay at PCB. Pool was very nice, and beach access is great.

Mother/Daughters vacation

We very pleased with the resort. Only a few issues, hot tub heater and jets were not working for a couple of days. There were four elevators; however, they were doing an upgrade on several, therefore, had long waits during busy hours. All in all, had a fantastic time and enjoyed the view from the balcony and the beach itself Beautiful!!!

The owner was extremely nice and let me check in early! The location and view were awesome! The condo was cute. The downfalls were washcloths were very thin, parking garage was a difficult process due to being across street. Lovely view and very relaxing

We spent a few days here in March. The beach had plenty of room available. As long as you made it down to the pool early, you could find a spot. The heated Pool a definite bonus! Really enjoyed time sitting on the balcony with a wonderful view and going for walks on the beach. Convenient location. Roy was wonderful with setting up an early check-in. Very easy. Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

Nice condo

We found the unit to be clean and communicating with Roy was great. Our biggest issue was the sensors didn’t work well as the water shut off several times and there wasn’t a leak. We suggest bringing your own wash cloth and one towel as the linen is thin. I agree with others that the couch is very uncomfortable but overall it was a good stay.
