If you're looking for a Gulf front condo where you can wake up to the sound of waves and the sight of endless blue water, Pinnacle Port B2306 - Sunnyside Up at Pinnacle Port is just the place. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach and gives you front facing views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell, a rare combination that makes every day feel a little more special. With space for up to five guests, it’s ideal for couples, small families, or a close group of friends.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, laid back living area made for kicking off your shoes and settling in. The large windows and sliding doors bring the beach view right to your couch, and the balcony is a favorite spot for sipping coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun. The kitchen is stocked with essentials so you can prepare breakfast or lunch before heading out, and the dining space is perfect for sharing meals or game nights. The master bedroom faces the Gulf, so you can wake up to ocean views without leaving your bed, and has a private bathroom with double vanities. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, and there’s another full bath nearby. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit, especially handy for extended stays.

What makes this place truly special is its one-of-a-kind location nestled between the Gulf and Lake Powell. It’s not often you’ll find a spot where you can cast a line in the morning, paddle through calm lake waters, and then stroll over to the beach for an afternoon swim—all without leaving the property. Guests at Pinnacle Port can enjoy two pools, including one that’s heated most months, a boat ramp and slips, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, sauna, shuffleboard, and more. For added convenience, Pinnacle Port Grill—located right by the pool—now features a second location of Lake Powell Pizza. It's a great spot to grab a bite or enjoy a drink without leaving the property.
