My family and I enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and everything worked well. The view was great - we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The elevators worked well and we didn’t have problems waiting long for them.

Very spacious condo with a beautiful beachfront view. The decor had the perfect beach vibe but was not over the top. Located just steps off the elevator, which was convenient. The Beach and the Gulf were just amazing!

Lovely property

The condo has been redone with lovely floors and other fixtures. The furniture is very comfortable and clean! The room sizes are easy to accommodate at least 6 people And their beach gear without feeling crowded. The kitchen, laundry rooms and closets are big enough to store lots of things and keep common areas free for family time! Lots of great restaurants and store close, and the beach and water were beautiful. Great family beach place!

Nice and clean

This place is so nice and clean. Our oldest has asthma and is allergic to mold. She had no issues staying here. Allison sent us an email with details on the room and everything we needed to know before we got there. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful!! The condo was very clean and well stocked! Owners were very quick to respond and great to communicate with! The only small downfall was the pool heater was not working for our stay but that was at the fault of no one. It was just unfortunate. We would definitely recommend this place for families visiting PCB and would definitely stay again if the chance arises! 5 Star! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Between 2 hurricanes!

Loved the property, but hated the tv system. Need cable instead of streaming! We love college football and had to leave to watch. That was definitely NOT what we wanted to do. That would keep us from returning!

Fantastic condo, wonderful stay!

Wow!! Super fresh and clean smelling condo! Great first impression! Very nicely updated inside, well done remodel and great furnishings. Welcoming, stylish, and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay. Full size washer & dryer was a huge plus! Great views from the balcony. Building had decently fast elevator, clean building overall, and easy access to the beach. Pool area super nice too with both sunny and shady areas. No parking onsite, it's across the street - which is a downside; however the building is situated right by the crosswalk so it was pretty easy to get across the busy street as needed. Beds were so comfortable, linens soft and fresh. Outdoor seating was top notch, great area to relax and watch sunsets. Property Management was very responsive - I had to reach out once with an issue (the front door code they provided didnt work upon arrival) and once with a general question (how to rent chairs on the beach) and both times they answered quickly and provided what I needed. Water preasure was really low in both showers, and every time the toilet was flushed in the front bathroom there was a weird loud slushing sound for a minute or so. But easy to deal with both things. So overall, what a great find and I'd recommend to anyone!!

Family vacation 2021

This is a beautifully decorated condo. The unit has undoubtedly been well maintained and recently renovated. The unit slept 8 people comfortably, and we never felt crowded. The stainless steel appliances, the washer and dryer are all newer and definitely a plus. The communication with Allison anytime we had a question was very fast. This condo complex is centrally located in PCB and a short drive to everything. There is a Walmart that’s within walking distance and Pinapple willys is also a short walk. We definitely would not hesitate to come back to this condo in the future. Great job Allison and family, you should be proud of your condo!

Panama City Beach - Room 604 is the best!

Allison and Anthony were amazing through the entire process. They kept in touch with us from the time we booked up until we returned home. We went down the week that the COVID 19 situation started to escalate. They were very accommodating and understanding of the situation from giving us updates on any news they heard on beach closures to letting us know they would work with us if everything closed down. Aside from that, the room was fantastic. The condo is fully remodeled with an amazing view from the balcony. The master bedroom and master bathroom are a very nice size and well decorated, as is the rest of the condo. We will definitely be booking with them in the future!

Wonderful stay in PCB

Property was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful week at the beach. Beach chair rental was a little pricey 250 for 2 chairs & umbrella for the week. Blue Swell was a wonderful property manager. We vacation in PCB annually and will look to book again at this property.

Most places are not what they look like, this one is BETTER than it looks! Everything to the rental company to small things like the number of towels provided (which was excellent). Bunk beds are larger than they appear in pics. This will be our ongoing place to stay when we go to Panama City going forward!

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated and well equipped home! There are multiple restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. Parking was super easy. Definitely would stay here again. NOTE: this is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, there is no half bath.
