The beach and gulf views are breath taking. The colors and décor are professionally done and you will definitely get your moneys worth.
This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is perfect for a family of 4! The master bedroom has a king bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and closet. The bathroom has a standard layout with a combination shower/tub. The living room has a comfy sofa that also pulls out into a sofa bed. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and access to your private balcony. The kitchen is stocked with all white appliances and everything you could need to cook a delicious meal.

This resort has an Online Parking Registration: The parking deck is across the street and you walk through the air conditioned corridor to tower 1 and take the elevator to the 21st floor. Vehicles: $40.00 per short-term stay (30 nights or less) per vehicle.
Long-term Vehicles: $40.00 plus $1.35 per night for each night over 30.
Motorcycles: $20.00
RVs/Boat/Trailers: $100 for up to 1 month. No fee for guests 3 days or less. No fee for owners for 14 days or less. Based on availability. During Thunder Beach, motorcycle trailers are at no cost for up to 7 days.
*Additional Transaction Fee (currently $1.50) is applied upon registration.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Excellent stay

Our stay was excellent, we loved the condo & location. The condo was super clean, owners were super nice. The only complaint we had (not the owners fault) was how long it took to get on the elevators, we had a 2 month old so we had to take the elevators or else I would have walked up and down due to long wait times again this is not the owners fault. Overall a 5 star condo with an amazing view

Extremely clean

This condo was very nice and very clean. The sofa sleeper was worn but luckily we brought a air mattress for my teen. The elevator is right outside the room and can be heard in the bedroom. Still worth a 5 star rating!!!

Great place

It was great location, beautiful place. Property very upkept. I can say inside of condo could use better deep cleaning. The walls are extremely thing. Even on the 21st floor. Do not recommend for children during any type of event especially bike week. Bikers rev until 2-3am. And it’s so loud. Other than that. Great place and stay.

Never heard back so I washed all the towels myself. Also called maintenance. Came next day and fixed sink, very nice person. Worst thing was bed pillows. Bring your own because they smelled HORRIBLE!!! Really Horrible! I could not sleep on them and had to buy 2 at WalMart. Suggest spending less on decorative pillows and replace the bed pillows more often. There were 20-25 decorative pillows in condo & they took up a lot of the closet space. Parking, as well and loading and unloading, could be better explained. Simple IF you understand. The employees with the carts were not helpful, not friendly and did not explain the process. One set of elevators were out of service so it was a little slow to get where you were going.

We had an amazing family vacation! The unit was beautiful with fantastic views! We loved the easy access to all of the amenities the complex offered (multiple pools, Starbucks, poolside bar…). The beach was so close and so nice! I would highly recommend this unit and this resort (The Majestic Beach Resort). We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed staying here but the overall staff was rude. Hot tubs close at 10:00 and the water wasn’t warm nor would they turn it up. Other guest was complaining and they did not care. But other than that room was clean and just like the pictures. (:

The rug in the hallway is very uncomfortable to walk on barefoot and the doors on the kitchen cabinets really need to be replaced or repaired so they close properly. I thought hearing the elevator all night was going to be a problem but it wasn’t so that was good. We really loved this home it was nice to wake up and watch the ocean. The resort however was a little bit too strict for us. Every ten mins walking around the pool having everyone show their bracelets. When we got there the elevator was broke so we went the home stay with one elevator on our side and one on the other for 23 floors of people. Sometimes you were waiting 15 mins or more just to finally get on but that had nothing to do with the home. If you’re looking for a peaceful place and do not care about the resort then give this place a try!
