This beautiful, 5th floor, two bedroom , two bath, luxury, corner unit is overlooking the Gulf of Mexico’s emerald waters in the heart of Panama City Beach. With indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness center, spacious covered parking, high speed elevators, nearby shopping facilities, restaurants and entertainment locations.

We invite you to be our guest in our comfortable Gulf front vacation condominium. Our spacious and tastefully decorated unit is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach , Florida.

The Gulf front living room with spacious 271 square feet balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers and wall hangings, sofa bed and love seat, entertainment center & television.

The dining area is occupied with comfortable chairs around the beautiful wood table next to granite kitchen counter with bar stools.

The Gulf front master bedroom has a king size bed, television, closet and access to the balcony through a separate door. The master bathroom has a vanity, bath tub and shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, television,and its own bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower.

The kitchen has all kinds of appliances including a refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils, variety of glasses, dishes, pots and pans.

The laundry closet has a large capacity washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

A Memorable Holiday Stay with Stunning Sunsets

We had the pleasure of staying at Pari's beachfront condo and had a wonderful time. Watching breathtaking sunsets from the balcony was the perfect way to end each day. The location was great, just steps away from the beach, and offered easy access to all the local attractions. I will definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable holiday experience!

Love this place!

As always, we enjoyed our stay at Twin Palms for the 3rd year in a row. It's clean, with quick and easy beach access along with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The host, Pari, is very helpful and I look forward to coming back in the future!

Very Nice Property!

The property was very nice and clean! The parking garage was excellent and best of all, all three of the elevators worked and were fast! Easy beach access, nice pool, centrally located to great dining and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

I love Twin Palms!

I've stayed here twice and both times have been amazing. The property manager is very kind, patient and attentive. The location is perfect for foodies, being within a short distance of all the restaurants PCB has to offer. The rooms are very clean and the view from the balcony is great! I definitely look forward to staying here again!

Twin Pines Condominiums

Our family enjoyed our stay at Twin Pines Condominiums last week. The unit was nice and clean. The view was fantastic! The hot tubs and pool were wonderful! Parking was good and we never had to wait long for elevators. Our host was very friendly and professional.

Excellent Stay

Stayed here for five days with my family including children (9 and 13) and my parents. Check in process was easy and the condo was clean and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Owner was easy to communicate with and checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Direct beach access from property, large balcony, large pool that’s very clean and even a washer and dryer in the unit! This condo will be our go to for any future beach vacations!!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was our first time staying at Twin Palms. The unit was clean, spacious, convenient to the elevator, & quiet. The property overall was nice, well-kept and had several amenities (pool, grills, spa, gym, etc.). We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to stay here again!

Friends trip

The condo was just as described. The owners were very accommodating helped us out many times and was happy to do so. We had a great time had everything needed for the perfect vacation. Water was beautiful weather was amazing with the balcony wtapped around the side you never gelt as though you couldnt see everything.we would definitely book again. Wonderful host! 30th Anniversary

We where very impressed, condo was perfect! Pari was great to work with. My only complaint was the bed and pillows but that's an easy fix. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. Beach was awesome even thought the weather wasn't the best. Overall we enjoyed our stay, will be back!

Honeymoon Stay

The host was great about communicating beforehand, during and after our stay! Letting us know what to expect for checking in! The condo was clean, which is a major thing for me and my husband! The pictures of the condo online matched our expectations! Beautiful beach view from the balcony, just as we wanted! Location was great and had easy access to many restaurants, activities and Walmart! When we come back to PCB we would absolutely book with them again!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. It was more than expected. The weather was great, the condo was superb and anytime there was an issue, our host responded quickly. We are already planning another trip and this is the place! Loved the pool, the hot tub, the people, and the convenience and proximity to attractions, stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Healing Trip

The location and pictures were exactly as shown on the website. The property owner was fabulous with communicating, which I am stickler for. My husband passed away mid-June and prior to that unfortunate event, we had been looking at this property because he had never been to the Gulf. That being said, I decided to take the trip anyway and invited one of my sisters, my daughter and daughter in-law. We had a wonderful time and will definitely re-book this property.

Nice Cozy Spot!

My teenage nieces wanted to go to Panama City Beach for vacation this year so I looked for a place on the beach, close to attractions, nice, parking & a great view! This was a perfect spot for us. The parking is close to the elevators. The view front the living room & master bedroom were amazing! It's a corner balcony so kind of panoramic. The walk down to the beach was not long at all. Which is great when you're hauling a lot of stuff for everyone. Everything else to do is right along the strip. Or a 12 minute drive we will definitely be back!

Great Condo with a Huge Balcony

The resort was clean and well maintained. The indoor spa area was nice and had a huge hot tub. Beach access was convenient, and everything had a code to enter. Our only issue with the resort was that the attendant closed the pool and spa areas an hour early a few nights so we could not use it from 9-10. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. The TVs, appliances, and utilities, all worked properly. The balcony was huge and was a big plus for our family.Three issues:1. No rugs. It would be nice to have a run by the entrances and in the bathroom. 2. The balcony doors do not lock. 3. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was terrible. The bed was noticeably sagging in the middle, it was hard, and you continually roll to the middle. Would we stay here again? Yes, but we may sleep on the more comfortable full size bed in the second bedroom.
