Welcome to our beautifully decorated and upgraded Ocean Reef 804 beach-front condo! You'll love our condo with a gulf facing master bedroom, walk-in shower, upgraded kitchen, and plenty of room and seating for everyone! The balcony is one of the largest you'll find with a 2 bedroom condo in PCB. Two reserved, side-by-side, parking spaces are dedicated for your cars under the building (beach side) and close to the elevators (no walking to a garage across the street).
Free beach chairs are provided which includes 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup each day of your stay (Seasonally March 1st to October 31st).
Our balcony is awesome! Low 8th floor balcony views overlook the quartz, sandy, white beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. On many days, we can watch the dolphins swim by. Enjoy sunset meals on the balcony dining table or morning coffee in our comfortable, cushioned, balcony chairs. The two chaise loungers are perfect for late afternoon naps, reading a book, and relaxing to the sound of the waves. At the end of each day, we love watching the majestic, picturesque, sunsets. Get you camera ready!
The Living Room includes a very comfortable sofa and love seat with gulf views and wall-mounted television. The Dining Room has a large table that seats six. The Kitchen has been completely remodeled and upgraded featuring an expanded, flat-top, counter-top, beautiful stainless appliances, built-in pantry, and savvy backsplash. Appliances include refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal. A separate and spacious laundry room includes Maytag washer/dryer.
The Master Bedroom features a queen bed with gulf-views! Sleep to the sound of the waves. The private, master bathroom, includes upgraded walk-in shower, and double vanities. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and bunk beds with separate direct access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a combination shower/tub.
Ocean Reef is a wonderful resort that is perfectly located close to many convenient activities. Our resort offers a large, gulf-front pool, gulf-front hot tub, separate indoor pool (recently updated), exercise room, sauna, and outdoor grills. The walkway to the beach includes showers for washing off the sand. Access to the beach is easy with no steps.

PARKING: Two reserved, exclusive use, side-by-side, parking spaces (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
