Ocean Villa is one of the newest resorts in the area which is located right on the sandy beach. Resort is located close to the Wall Mart, Ripley's Believe it or not, etc . Ocean view from living and master bedrooms. Great place to spend vacation with friends and or family. Resort is on the beach, front line. Two full bathrooms, Huge balcony and spectacular view from the 12th floor. High speed Internet. Flat Screen Smart TVs.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Fall Break

We had the best time on our trip. This was our 6th visit and PCB never disappoints. The condo was great, no real issues at all! The location is great and it’s close to a lot of necessities. The balcony is awesome with excellent views of the Gulf. Overall it’s a great place to stay, no complaints!

Slice of Paradise

My family stayed for the second time at this awesome Condo right on the beautiful shores of the Gulf of America! Incredible views from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo with a nice pullout couch in the living room easily accommodated my family of 5. My family also enjoyed the included beach chairs, the heated pool and hot tub. I appreciated the owners great communication and also the great parking structure that is provided. This condo has many dining and shopping options within walking distance. My family had a great vacation !

Beautiful beach view

We enjoyed our stay, and were comfortable. The bath and kitchen towels were rather small and thin, but all else was good. I liked the keyless entry. Pools were nice, and the beach was excellent.

So nice!!!

From the spaciousness, to the amenities, to the view, everything was so nice! We had a bit of a glitch in our stay due to Hurricane Helene’s projected path, so we left for a day, but went back and picked right back up where we left off. Olga was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her place. We definitely plan to go back soon!

Perfect getaway

The Listing was 100% accurate with no suprises. Communication with owner was great as well as check in made simple and easy. We would happily stay again if this property is not booked next time we visit. All I can say is you will noy go wrong if you stay at this location.
