Welcome to paradise at Majestic Beach Towers 2-1703! This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo invites you to relax and unwind with sweeping views of emerald waters and sugar-white sands. Watch dolphins play in the surf each morning and take in unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from morning coffee to evening meals a breeze. The master suite offers a king bed and a private ensuite, while the guest room features a twin-over-double bunk bed. A sleeper sofa in the spacious living room comfortably brings the total sleeping capacity to 7 guests. With floor-to-ceiling windows framing the breathtaking Gulf, Majestic Beach Resort 2-1703 is your perfect beachfront retreat. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2006, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families. There is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop.  Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1- and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off-season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2-bedroom units.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.
