Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to six guests with a flexible layout. The master bedroom features a king bed for restful nights. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, while the bunk area offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed—perfect for kids or friends. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space and privacy.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the basics for preparing meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or a home-cooked dinner at the dining area, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor living
While the private balcony is unavailable from October 31, 2025, through February 23, 2026, due to maintenance, you’ll still enjoy stunning ocean views from inside the condo. The resort’s amenities are just steps away, including a zero-entry lagoon-style pool, heated indoor pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, and a sun deck for lounging. There’s also a dedicated kids’ play area, BBQ grills, and direct access to the sandy shores of Panama City Beach.

Resort amenities
Stay active in the onsite gym or grab a treat at the coffee shop. Essentials like air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace are provided for your convenience. The property also includes a TV, WiFi, and self check-in with keypad access. Please note there is an $85 plus tax resort fee due upon arrival, which covers parking and wristbands (one parking pass allotted).
