Host was responsive and inside the condo was great. Regency Towers as a whole needs to be updated. It’s under construction, I wouldn’t go back until updates have been made. Hot tub went out, elevator was out twice, lots of dust and construction materials laying around. Inside the condo- our hot water heater didn’t work so we took cold showers 5 days in a row. They did say they would replace it but it didn’t happen while we were there.
Stayed 5 nights in Dec 2025
