Cozy 1 bedroom condo with twin bunks Perfect for couples and small Families right in the heart of PCB. Inside you will find a comfy bedroom with king bed a cozy living room with ample seating, fully stocked kitchen and spacious patio with views of the lake and Pool. Being steps away from the beach you can either soak up the sun in one of the resort style pools or the beautiful white sand beach across the street. You can unwind in the evening with the nightly water show on the boardwalk. There is a $85 charge per reservation for wristbands and Parking passes this is paid directly to the HOA. This can be paid at least 4 days prior to arrival. Link sent after confirmed booking .

Convenient location

Laketown warf had everything for a family. My kids all enjoyed the zero ground pool the most and the beach is walking distance. There are places to eat too so we didn't have to drive anywhere. The ramp to the beach is not wagon friendly so you do have to have 2 people to carry it. The wait for elevators can be slow especially during peak hours or peak season. The rental was just a 1 bedroom but the entire place was surprisingly spacious! There was also no sand on the floors. The only issue I had during my stay was dirty sheets and towels. The towels and sheets in the main bedroom smelled like they had not dried so it had that wet smell. The kitchen has pots and pans for cooking and sufficient utensils. Things I had to get for myself were salt and pepper and trash bags. The host was responsive in a timely manner and took care of all my concerns. She was easy to work with. Overall everyone in the family had a great time.

The apartment was very clean organized tastefully decorated. And the amenities nothing was left out. Would love to stay here again in a future.

Beautiful condo; across from beach & Pineapple Willy’s

The condo was modern, quiet and well stocked. With the sliders to the balcony closed we didn’t even hear a party going on below. It’s close to many attractions and across the road from amazing beaches. We didn’t try out all of the pools, but the one that’s directly across from the condo was lovely. The only complaint we had was the weirdness involved in getting from the parking garage up to the 1st floor. If there was no ground floor parking available, we had to park on the 3rd floor then take the elevators down to the 1st floor. That not something that is a reflection on the condo owner. The condo was spotless. The walkway and stairs had some litter strewn around when we first arrived, but it was cleaned up by the building staff and we didn’t see a repeat of that condition for the balance of the week we were there.
