This Beachfront condo features an open floor plan with a large kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and living room, providing a great family-friendly gathering area. Its large windows & two double-glass sliding doors open onto a wrap-around balcony providing a PANORAMIC view of the Gulf Of Mexico that is truly SPECTACULAR!
This very spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room & dining area. A large breakfast bar with extra counter space provides plenty of room for meal preparation. A new 55-inch Samsung Smart TV can be viewed from the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
The large luxurious master bedroom suite offers another grand ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. Its spacious, private bath is furnished with double sinks, a vanity, a large corner shower & separate bathtub, a linen closet, and a walk-in dressing closet.

The guest room provides a comfortable new king-size bed and connects to a spacious bathroom.
Both bedrooms are furnished with Samsung Smart TV's.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

This 2BR 2BTH condo is beautiful. The views are amazing. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs but she also has extra chairs in the condo that you can use which was very ideal for us. Perfect location for shopping and dining at Pier Park.

Great Unit, Location and Amenities

Very spacious corner unit that has a great view of the ocean and the pier. Spent time at the ocean, the pool, the tiki bar and the sand volleyball courts. Private parking spot was super convenient versus parking across the street and taking the pedway. Building location is ideally located a short walk to Pier Park. Included chair service was a great perk. Host was very accommodating and responsive during our stay.

Summer Beach Trip

This condo was probably the nicest condo we've stayed in. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, updated appliances, private parking, they thought of everything. We'll definitely try to rent this property again. And the beach view, completely satisfying. Great experience!!

This was the perfect condo for our short extended stay and would have been perfect for the entire week! The views were stunning from the balcony & master suite. Short vacation get away

Beautiful property. Private parking to comfortable master suite. Tremendous views of the gulf. Tv’s in bedrooms not available to use, but we did not miss them. My daughter thought the second bedroom bed was too firm. Master was very comfortable. Overall great stay very enjoyable. Would definitely book again

Beautiful and peaceful.

This was like home away from home. The scenery the cleanliness had everything we needed, but most of all compared to the other condos we have stayed at in the past. It was amazing how so many workers cleaning the hallways, the elevators, the swimming pools every morning, the concrete, the rock, the deck going out to the beach everything was so quaint and clean before 9 o’clock every morning. the workers around this complex made the biggest difference in our stay. Never seen nothing like this. Team work. And we’ve stayed at many. The tiki bar was a plus. Not to mention soundproof walls it was so peaceful and quiet in each condo

Amazing stay!

I can’t say enough good things about the stay at PCB! The home was exceedingly clean and comfortable with amazing views. We loved the garage parking under the building with easy access to the elevators. The location is great and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and can’t wait to return!
