This house has 2/2 in the main house, Kingbed in the Main Bedroom with 2 Queen beds in the other bedrooms . A breeze way connects 2 additional bedrooms/ bath each sleeping 4 . The beautiful Gulf can be seen from most rooms in the main house and it has a large sun room facing the Gulf of Mexico. This home is beautifully decorated with a large family entertainment area, Flat Screen TVs. large seating areas, step off the back porch onto the legendary sugar sand. The beach is semi private so very little public traffic. You will be blown away with all the things this home has to offer. This home is ideal for large gatherings and privacy. Privately nestled behind wall and gates. It is also located 35 min from Sandestin, Fl, and 8 miles from the beautiful beach of 30-A. A perfect location to make the most of your vacation.

Wedding

This was the perfect house to host our beach wedding and reception. We rented the house for the week for all of our family and we had the best time. We enjoyed just being able to get up and walk out to the beach. The huge patio was perfect for our reception or to just sit outside and enjoy. Rachel and her whole team were wonderful to work with. Our emails were always answered quickly. If I ever need a house on the beach again, this would be it.

Epic wedding memories

My new wife and I both wanted our wedding to be small with our feet in the sand. We were able to accomplish this and relax some as well during our stay. The very short walk to the beach made it so easy. Even though the weather tried to challenge us some with wind, it turned our awesome. Anything that came up during our stay was handled or answered quickly. Location was perfect and it allowed a small group of my family to take part in a few days that we will always remember!

Beautiful beach home with amazing view!

Our stay was amazing! The view was gorgeous and so was the home. The guest bedrooms/bathrooms are rather small if you have multiple people staying but other than that, it's a great choice for a memorable vacation experience!

We really loved staying at this house. We had 3 families staying and had plenty of room to spread out. Plus our own space if we needed it. The walk to beach was so convenient and not crowded. Loved it. Central location to shopping and activities.

Fantastic!

I took 8 of my son's friends to Panama Beach for Spring break and we were blown away by the house. The view was great and the house was huge and very clean. We made lifelong memories and plan to go back again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property. My mom and dad had never been to the beach and they were simply amazed! Waking up to that stunning view every day was the best. The kids had fun at the beach and there were even beach toys to build a sandcastle. I would recommend this property to anyone, we had a great time.

Great Vac Spot

This property was great for family! There was plenty of room and allowed everyone privacy with their own room and bathrooms. The lg eating area was perfect and lg patio was perfect for the kids. Location and beach front was perfect. Raquel provided great communication with our questions and home was well stocked with everything we needed. We plan to rent this property again.

First family beach trip

This was our first family beach trip and we booked it last fall. The renter was very responsive and answered questions within hours of asking. The house was very nice, clean and spacious. The view of the beach from the back of the house is priceless. We would highly recommend this place and will plan on booking our trip for next summer.

Property was perfect for us, 12 guests. The patio and dining table with beautiful view made for great places to gather. We had a minor problem with one toilet midway through and this is my only negative, no one came to repair as PM said they would.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you so much for an amazing week. The house is wonderful and in a perfect location. The whole process was very easy and the house had everything advertised and then some. Loved every bit of the property and the views from the back deck are breathtaking at all hours of the day. Would recommend this house to anyone with a 5 star rating. Looking forward to renting it again in the future!!
