Great place!

We had a great week here! This is our 2nd year vacationing at this rental and we really enjoyed it both times and we would stay there again. Everything is very convenient and the beach is so accessible without having to deal with the crowds. The place was very clean and updated. Thanks for an enjoyable and stress-free visit!

Family vacation

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a week. We were given the entry information early on the morning of our stay and she told us about a new restaurant in the area. Upon arrival she had left a card welcoming us and a gift. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a nice deck down stairs and a balcony upstairs. The garage and covered parking was great and the ease of unpacking and going up one flight of stairs that was for our unit only was a nice thing as well. The views of the beach and ocean were stunning. We would definitely come back.

Parking was excellent. The access to the beach right out the back door is great. The owner was extremely nice to get a grill that we had asked about. Rooms were clean, plenty of dishes and stuff to cook with.

Great Confo - great location

We had a great time on the beach and in the condo. It was very well stocked. It was clean and had plenty of space for my group of 9. We will definitely return! Cheryl was also very responsive.

Best place ever!!

The host, Cheryl Garner, was totally amazing!! She responded quickly to all questions. The place was absolutely wonderful and had everything we needed for our vacation!! Definitely stay again!!!

Perfect Place at PCB

Great beach condo! We and our adult children LOVED this place. The back porch leads to a boardwalk and out to the white sands and emerald waters. Inside is lovely, comfy, updated and so clean. We had a great view of the water whether outside or in. Sunnyside is the quieter, less crowded end of the beach. Perfect!

Would definitely stay here again!

The property exceeded my expectations and was the perfect getaway for our family! I loved that it was on a less crowded area of the beach, which meant we didn’t have to worry about not having a good spot to set up our chairs & umbrella. Cheryl was very responsive to all my requests ahead of our stay. During our stay we didn’t encounter any issues at all. Just as Cheryl described there were plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and other items for a fun day at the beach. There were some storms while there so I also appreciated being able to park in the garage to carry in groceries without getting wet. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom which was a great convenience when we all returned from the beach and were ready to shower! I hope to come back to PCB again soon and if we do, we’ll happily book this property again.

Great Spring Break

We had a great weeklong stay here for Spring Break. The condo was lovely and well updated. There was more than enough room for our group of 7. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of the beautiful beach. The pool was a bit chilly at this time of year, so we spent most of our time at the beach and in the ocean. We loved that this location is on the quieter side away from Panama City Beach so the beach never felt too busy and there was plenty of room for everyone to run around and play. The grocery store is close and convenient, but there's not much within walking distance as far as stores or restaurants. We mostly drove over to Rosemary Beach and Seaside or into Panama City Beach. Our hosts were awesome and very helpful with very quick communication. All in all, we had a fabulous time and would stay here again.

Can't Beat Panama City Beach on the 4th of July

Everything was great!!! I think the issues with the hvac unit need to be resolved but it's not the owner's fault and it was almost a hundred degrees all week. Please, replace those two umbrellas on the porch, they are vital and are both broken, one being unusable. Luckily, I had noticed it last year and from the photo online about the umbrella looking in bad shape, so I brought my own. Cheryl and her husband are awesome, the condo is quite lovely, way more updated than some of the others we've rented over the years, and we will definitely return for future 4th of July's.

Excellent place and hosts

We had a great week at this property! It was very nice and right on the beach and it has been updated very well. We love that it has a garage and it’s own entrance from the garage and to and from the beach. The property managers were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
