    Enjoy the fresh ocean breezes and long, lazy afternoons when you book your stay at this oceanfront Panama City Beach condo. With ground-level covered parking, you may never want to leave!

    With direct beach access only steps away, you can parasail, rent a jet ski, rent a chair and umbrella, and even play a game of beach volleyball. Less than two miles from your rental, your family will surely enjoy a trip to Gulf World for the dolphin show, bird show, and many other animal encounters, or enjoy a day of shopping at Pier Park, approximately 1 mile away.

    After a long outdoor day, toss your sandy clothes in the private washer/dryer and watch the waves roll in on the balcony with a cold drink. This home also includes free WiFi, a well-appointed kitchen, and cable, ensuring there will be plenty of fun for everyone to dive into!

    Aquavista requires the primary renter to be a minimum of 25 years of age and to accompany all guests. As of 1/1/2024, Aquavista will be a smoke-free resort. Smoking will still be permitted in designated areas outdoors. Guests MUST register online with the condominium PRIOR to arrival for parking.



    Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 6 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection. VRC#34348
