Amazing Views Of The Ocean From Every Room! Updated in 2025!!

Due to the ingenious floor plan and wall-of-windows in this unit, there is hardly a spot in the entire condo that does not have a perfect view of the Gulf. The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths with walk-in showers, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining area. Seachase condos are located in the less-populated west end of Panama City Beach allowing you and your family plenty of space on the beach to build that perfect sand castle in the sugar white sand. If you are looking for a break from swimming with the friendly fish, Pier Park is 1.5 miles away and offers more shopping, eating, and fun than anyone could ever need in one location.

The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The living and dining areas have new comfy furniture. The updated kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies (dishes, glassware, utensils, dish towels, and pots and pans) so you can skip dressing up to go out for dinner if you’d like. The balcony offers additional seating (and napping) areas where you can enjoy breakfast or watch the dolphins play in the ocean.

There’s a ton of family-friendly venues in the area. Some of our favorites are: St. Andrew’s State Park where you can visit with the friendly raccoons; Shipwreck Island where you can slip and slide down tons of water rides, or just chill out in the lazy river; Gulf World Marine Park where you can get photos of you and the family with the aquatic stars of the shows; the Sports Complex and Aquatic Center at Frank Brown Park where you can play a little soccer, take the kids to the playground, or play in the aquatic park.

The renovations made to the condo include: walk-showers, new carpet, updated lighting, crown molding, fresh paint, kitchen backsplash, and updated ceilings. The condo is as comfy as home with the benefits of a fabulous ocean view.

The condo at Seachase in Panama City Beach is one of our family’s favorite places to go. I know that you and your family will enjoy your stay and make wonderful memories during a vacation well-spent on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Amazing Getaway

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful and very spacious and there was never a wait for the elevators. We also loved that it was on the quiet side of PCB. Hopefully we will get to stay here again.

Amazing view

This place is beautiful and the view is amazing. It rained most of the time we were there but it was still very relaxing and enjoyable. The pics show carpet but it has hard wood floors and lighter color paint on walls, very bright and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Favorite place to stay in PCB

This was our second time staying in this condo (third time at SeaChase). Perfect size condo for a family to enjoy. Check in was very easy and condo was very clean. We also love the views of the beach from each room, the quietness, and how convenient the property is to everything. You won’t regret staying here!

The condo looked just as the pictures. It was clean and spacious. We have stayed in PCB numerous times on the beach and these views were the best! The flor to ceiling windows are wonderful. Quick responses by the host were much appreciated.

My family enjoyed staying here. This was our second time at Seachase and we love it. Very quiet and family friendly. The condo was very clean and kitchen is well stocked. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay.

PCB vacation at Sea Chase

The condo was so clean with beautiful views through out! The perfect location to restaurants, Pier Park, and many family activities. Due to the size of the condo the beach was not crowded and easy access to the beach. Plus, the owner answered any questions efficiently and quickly! We loved our vacation and would definitely stay at Sea Chase again!!

Lovely beachfront condo

This condo was lovely, with a great layout. Having two master bedrooms was a plus for our group of two couples. Everything was neat and clean. Superb view of the gulf! Beautiful beach! Condo is close to many restaurants and stores. The owner/host was so terrific…..quick responses to our questions and very helpful.

Wonderful family vacation

Location and property were perfect. It was probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed in all these years of coming to the beach. A big plus was never having to wait for the elevator. We did have a hiccup getting inside as the door code we were given did not work. We had to call the owner and she gave us a different code. That worked and our vacation began!! All beds were very comfy. Our only real aggravation was the balcony door not working properly. But I understand that is being replaced this fall. Once that is done, you won’t find a better place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at SeaChase 503E. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!!

Amazing Views!!!

It was pretty wonderful! Had some miscommunication in the beginning but it was handled very easily, I originally booked this property because it looks like both bedrooms lead out onto the balcony from the pics, and they do not, the doors do not open, but it is still the best view I’ve ever had, we come to destin every year and decided to give PCB a try and it was worth it, the beach is semi private and was not busy at all, they do need to do upgrades on the pool and deck, but the condo is very nice and updated, it was very clean!! We got to meet the cleaners and they were so nice and made you feel comfortable, the owners were very accessible and listened to any need or issue I told them, you can tell they care a lot about the property and it is sad how some people treat other’s property that they use, I couldn’t imagine leaving that place a disaster, thank you Judy and Jennifer for letting us stay!!! And enjoy your place, if we ever came back to PCB we would definitely love to stay here again but I think we got our feel of it and will be going back to Destin, but they really are pretty much the same places! It was me, my teen daughter and teen niece and a much needed girls trip, and it was amazing!! Thank you!

Family vacation

We had a great time at this property with no issues with overcrowding on the beach even for the 4th of July. Our only issue was the elevator going out of order during the middle of our stay causing us to walk 5 flights of stairs for three days.

We knew as soon as we walked in this place was perfect. It was clean, there was lots of space, and the windows in the entire living and both bedrooms were fabulous. Communication with the host was very prompt and accommodating. We will book here again and again and again.

The condo was very clean and the views amazing for sure! While technically, it's located on the "quieter" side of PCB, we did unfortunately have some rude/loud (all hours) people in condo below us. Nothing the owner could change about that, however, the building has thin walls I guess. We also had not noticed in the pictures that the primary bedroom has a Queen size (possibly full) bed. That was our fault for not noticing but if bed size matters to you, just be aware.
