Great Location

Overall very nice olace to stay. We were there during a very busy time and since the unit is on the 19th floor, it took some extended time waiting on elevators. The TV was difficult to figure out but communication with the property manager was very helpful and quick. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We did not have any issues with the elevators - maybe the time of year? We do cook in a lot and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and accommodating condo and easily fit the 6 of us! Absolutely beautiful views and marine life was visible from the awesome deck.

Panama City 3 bedroom gem!

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom condo with gorgeous views!! The owner, Jill, got back to us within seconds with any and all questions we had for her! The place was nicely equipped and it was in a perfect location. The elevators are slow but only around 10 am and 4 pm. (When guests are checking out/arriving so you plan around it.) We hope to rent it again in the future!

Very spacious condo!

Most amazing view with an excellent location! It's in an easy spot to run necessary errands and to get in and out of. Walk to service station, Pineapple Willies and Parlor Doughnuts are a breeze! The elevators can be slow between 9-10 in the mornings and evenings. But if you plan around those times it's fine. The parking spots with the condo were so nice to have! The condo was spacious enough to accommodate 10. Beach and pool area were great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. Anything we needed with Jill, she responded immediately!

Fantastic area for a family

The Condo was immaculate. We felt we were at home . Just reminder if you come in more than 2 cars you have to pay extra for additional vehicle. I was not aware but it was unavoidable due to our different schedules. TV in master room did not work but we were not there to watch TV. Would return now if I could. Thank you Jill for opening your home to us! Jill this is out of your control but long wait times on elevators. I still would return. Spectacular view😊

Convenient Location with Beautiful Beach

The condo is exactly as advertised with amazing views of some of the most beautiful ocean in Florida and just about everything you could possibly need. It was much busier than we anticipated with so many schools in the Midwest on fall break that week. Getting an elevator - especially if you had anything with you - was a process that would take at least 20 minutes unless it was before 8 am or after 11 pm. They definitely need more elevators for that many units. The amenities and location made it worth it, but something to be mindful of if going during a busy time. The property manager was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process and our stay. Pineapple Willy's next door had awesome food and drinks with a beautiful view. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby as well. We really enjoyed shopping at Shipwreck LTD for souvenirs to bring home. Chair rentals, parasailing, banana boat rides, etc. were right in front of the building. The pools were awesome, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious condo with amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautifully decorated, spacious condo. The views were incredible to watch the sunset and being high up, we enjoyed watching sea life in the clear waters. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates and utensils. Jill, the owner, was very accessible during the entire process. We were able to go straight to the condo, no need to check at front desk. Pool area was gorgeous! Security was strict on checking bracelets so no outside guests could come off the beach which we appreciated. Only negatives were waiting for the elevator certain times of day and the windy, tight parking garage, especially with any type of larger vehicle! Overall, highly recommend this unit!
