This complex is in a quiet location within walking distance from the beautiful beach, restaurants, bars, amusement rides and ice cream! One of only a few locations with a boat dock along Grand Lagoon, giving you easy access to St. Andrews Bay, The Gulf of Mexico, and Shell Island.

Panama City Beach:
You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
