Poor Customer Service
The room was clean. Good location on the beach. Horrible customer service. I don't want someone spending their hard earned dollars with these people. I called because I received every code except the one for the front door. Was made to feel I was a big imposition. They did give it to me. Next, you get one towel and one washcloth per person. I asked if there were extra and was told no and to use the laundry facility downstairs. One to wash and one to use is not asking too much. They had one pot and one pan. You will need to bring more. No real knives. If you make anything you need to cut like steak, forget it. I don't except Cuisinart but adequate would have been good. Whole point of renting a condo is for you to cook at the unit sometimes to save money. I emailed about the remotes not working. Again, rude behavior and frankly condescending. I was asked if I was "sure" the remotes were not working. Said they would send someone, Never did. We shuffled around batteries on the all the remotes we could find and finally got the one in the living area to work. If you expect good service this is not the place to go. It does have good location. The room was clean. I will never rent from these people again and will not recommend to anybody I know planning a vacation on the gulf.
