Great location for a fun beach vacation
The Meh:
The property was a little smaller than we thought for a 5-bedroom. The listing made it seem like you get the whole building when in fact there is another suite above the garage that is rented out. So you share a garage with a stranger. We didn't like that. It was a little overpriced compared to what I rented in the past. Seacrest has some better buildings for larger groups. One thing that we were not impressed with was we had to debate over getting extra trash bags for a 2k/night rental. I found the property management company to be responsive but not helpful. It was like you were inconveniencing them. There are far superior management companies like 30A Girls that make you feel at home.
The Good:
The kitchen was awesome. The location was awesome. It was so easy to get to the beach or bike around. The pool was right next to the rental. That made it easy for the kids to go to the beach and then dip into the pool in the afternoon. The bunk beds were a must with kids. They really enjoyed hanging out.
Overall the rental was a great location, clean, and pretty. Was it worth the price? No. But then again you can't beat the location :)
