October - January - for Snow Birds!!!!! Waterfront

  • LOCATION! ALL 5* REVIEWS . AVAILABLE for SNOW BIRDS OPEN OCTOBER - JANUARY. Super nice & clean 1/1 King bed + with bunks in the hallway. This is a family friendly small complex right on the water. It is walkable to many restaurants, such as the famous Captain Andersons. Walk to Pontoon, jet ski rentals and dolphin tourist attractions. It's also near St. Andrews State Park and 1/2 mile to the sugar sand beaches. Enjoy a nice breeze off of the water on your large balcony with a gas grill. This unit is completely remodeled with coastal decor and a fully stocked kitchen. Linens are provided and 2 large flat screens with basic cable and ready to stream your favorites. The pool is just steps outside. 2nd story view, only accessed by stairs. Must be 25 to book.
