Luxury style townhouse located in the highly sought after community of Prominence on 30A located in between popular Seaside and Rosemary Beach, across the street from the popular hot spot, The Hub.

This new beach home is well suited for families of all sizes. Complete with everything including a fully equipped kitchen, a luxury resort style pool, fitness center and close to beach access.

Includes 6 seater street legal golf cart

This home has WiFi, TVs in every room, beach gear & bikes.

We strive to make your stay the best it can be so you can enjoy one of the best beach areas in the country. Our goal is where you show up without having to travel with a bunch of extra stuff. Enjoy our beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, take the cooler to keep your drinks cold, ride the bikes, use the beach towels and cruise 30A in style with our 6 seater street legal golf cart. Whether you feel like hitting the beach or relaxing by the pool, we have it all for you. Grill out or hang out at the beautiful and huge resort style community pool, complete with multiple grills and ample seating/deck area.

Pool is heated during the months of Oct/Nov & Mar/April. Currently not heated during the months of Dec/Jan/Feb.

Hang out w/ friends and family directly across the street at the The Hub. Choose from numerous food places or grab drinks while watching the game on the huge screen while the kids run around.

Get your exercise or enjoy the scenery w/ the dedicated non motorized paved trail.

Or hit up all the shops, grab food or drinks nearby in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Seaside or any of the other famous and unique beach towns.

6 person custom street legal golf cart to enjoy some fresh air and take in the sites as you cruise down 30A. Golf cart can do the entire stretch of 30A and can be used to go to the beach, shopping, eating or whatever as long as on a road of 35 mph or less (which is all the roads in 30A area).

There is also a Beach Shuttle that runs between Labor day and Memorial day.

3 beach access points within 3-7 mins of the house. Several more within 10-12 mins. All have either street parking or dedicated parking lots. Enjoy passing the beautiful inland dune lakes on the way. There are only 4 places in the world that have inland dune lakes and 30A is the only one on this side of the planet.

Better than Advertised | Top Notch

Our family of 4 visited for a summer beach vacation. The host was very communicative, the house was super clean, and the experience was better than advertised. The golf cart was very cool and had a VERY long battery which allowed us to navigate around miles all day/night. The garage was stocked with everything you’d need for beach days (chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, etc.). The location was also ideal. Walking distance to community pool, directly across the street from the Hub for live music and food at any time, and super close to great beach accesses that weren’t crowded. Plus, when we wanted to go to the main areas, it was only a short golf cart drive over. Overall this was better than advertised and when we come back we will try to stay here.

Best of Prominence

2nd time staying in Prominence and this property exceeded expectations. Great place for a large family. Bunk/loft bed was a huge hit with the kids. The golf cart is best in class and the other provided amenities were top notch including bikes, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, and towels. No need to haul your stuff down here - this place has everything you need. Great communication with owner and check-in / check-out process was simple. Will stay here again in the future!

This property is amazing..the owner Frank, covers every amenity that you will during your trip. He is always available and does an email check in mid stay to make sure you are happy. The house is ridiculous. Full service kitchen, plush mattresses, tv in every room, and the golf cart..the Bentley of golf carts to navigate the area. No complaints whatsoever, only accolades. We will be back. Thank you sir for a great vacation!

Girl's Trip 2021

Frank was awesome throughout the process. He was very helpful with any questions we had and his unit was stunning!!! I will definitely want to come back SOON. Loved the BRAND NEW Golf Cart which got all kinds of attention everywhere we rode it. I hated to get it dirty but we did have some rain while there. Weather wasn't the best for beaching but we had a great time anyways. The HUB was right across the street and an awesome place to spend the evenings. 30A is a MUST if you haven't been there before. I highly recommend unit 13A.
