Family Friendly Waterfront Beach Condo-Discount for healthcare & firefighters.
- Avoid the elevators as much as possible at Laketown Wharf!!! This spacious, beach condo is on the first floor- walk 3 flights of stairs to your vacation paradise. Private beach access only a 5 min walk from the front door. Watch the nightly water show from the private balcony. 5 pools, one hot tub, fitness center, putting green, restaurants both onsite and within walking distance. 15 min drive to Pier Park.
For bookings made from Oct 22, 2022 onward, we offer additional 10% off the base rental rate for military, firefighters, and health care workers! Just send us an inquiry with your dates and I’ll adjust the price for you.
Laketown Wharf guest wristbands and parking pass (2 vehicles) for the parking garage is included in the price. I will send you a link to upload your information closer to check in.
We have a ring security camera outside the front door that will be on for the duration of your stay.
