Located 1 mile from the beach walkover to Carillon Beach, you will find our custom designed beach home to be just perfect for beachcombers and families who like to relax. We offer the best value for large families and groups and have a nice, private pool, beautifully landscaped yard, and a family sized grill.

Although you will probably want to be outside most of the time soaking in the gorgeous beaches, pool, and environment, this house is set up with flat screen TV's and complete with a CD and DVD player - perfect for a rainy day in! And of course, complimentary WiFi is included!

On the first floor we have our complete kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with bar stools. To the side we have a dining room that seats six. The over-sized living room has sofas, love seats, and a queen size pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom is located on the first floor as well and has a King size bed and Jacuzzi as well as a stand in shower. There is also a large walk in closet along with an in unit laundry/washer/dryer. Guests do not have access to garage.

The second floor showcases 3 separate bedrooms, each with a King sized bed and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have large windows facing the Gulf!! The fifth bedroom is kid friendly with 2 separate bunk beds and one trundle bed, also equipped with a full bath.

Our home is located very close to Pier Park Mall, Publix and Windixie grocery stores, plenty of indoor and outdoor restaurants, eateries, and bars.
