4 Minutes Drive To The Beach

This home is perfect for a nice family vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware for cooking a family meal if needed. The kitchen also includes basic amenities such as a coffee maker,microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining room table seats 6 with three bar stools along the kitchen counter for overflow. There is also a grill on the back deck that is perfect for a nice backyard BBQ.

Everyone can hang out in the living room for a movie night. The home has WiFi and the living room has a large 75” inch smart 4kTV with a home theater system

The master bedroom has a king bed, 55 inch 4k smart TV with HBOmax, Netflix, Hulu and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom set with a TV as well and the third bedroom has a bunk and a twin bed with a TV. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom. Bathrooms include basic toiletries (towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, travel sized shampoo, etc.).

The home is a smoke and pet free home. Any signs of pets or smoking will attract a $600 fee.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great stay

Lovely home lovely neighborhood not my first time staying in neighborhood, cleanliness 10/10 provided coffee and tea very nice 75” tv in the living room low counters in the bathroom make great for outfit checks everything overall 10/10 would stay here again
