ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Owners with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Owners with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The primary renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at Coastal Breeze. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. Coastal Breeze is a family oriented property.

We had a great time staying at Costal Breeze over Labor Day weekend. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach including golf carts, bikes, and beach gear. Beach access was nearby as well as plenty of great spots to eat.
Convenient central location for 30A beaches and restaurants. Owners have thought of everything for a family vacation including golf cart, all the beach accessories, bikes, board games, and even a binder with detailed information for all the area beaches. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.
Absolutely loved this condo! Everything was clean and it had everything we needed. Golf cart, bikes, and beach gear were a huge plus! The kiddos loved them! Jump on the golf cart and go hang out at The Hub or ride down to the beach. Everything is really close! The owners are the sweetest people and thought about everything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back next year!
This property was stunning, the neighborhood was perfect for a family. The Rouse’s were very thorough with the instructions and expectations. The property was spotless, they pretty much thought of everything a family on vacation at the beach would need. I would recommend this property and the Rouse Family to anyone!! :)

The overall experience from booking, check in, communication and our stay was excellent. Eric and Aleisia are wonderful hosts and very helpful and responsive. We look forward to coming back to this beautiful, comfortable and clean townhome.
Great beach stay for part of our spring break this year. Great communication from the owners and helpful with suggestions for the area! Also, fully stocked for a day at the beach, including golf cart. One of the reasons we chose this place to rent! Would definitely recommend for a family of 4!
This was our second time staying at this rental property and it was just as nice and accommodating as we remembered.
The rental is fully equipped with everything you need and spotless upon arrival. The property is also centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary beach. Very easy to get around to all the different nearby beaches.
The owners are also super responsive and gracious.

It was great to a have a full kitchen with pots, pans and other basic necessities to make dinner for the family. The house is good size and comfortable for the four of us. The other amenities provided; beach chairs, cabana and coolers was nice. My daughter loved riding around in the golf cart.
This gorgeous home was newer, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was just as described and pictured! Eric and Aleisia were kind, amazing hosts and had great communication and provided helpful details. Location was central to everything in the 30a area. The bikes and golf cart were a huge bonus and proved to be very useful. The many extras like beach chairs, towels, beach wagon were appreciated. We hope to be back again soon!
From the communication with The Rouses to the home itself, everything was wonderful! The place felt new and well kept. The beds were comfortable! The home was spacious and the decor was fabulous. We enjoyed the extras provided such as the beach toys and the golf cart. Only negative was I wish the golf cart had been electric instead of gas, as the the gas cart was very loud. Can’t really complain though since it’s awesome they include it in the cost. Overall, loved our stay here and very much appreciated all the info and extras provided.
What a wonderful week we had at Eric and Aleisia’s beautiful home. The condo itself is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. It was immaculate and had everything we could need for the week. Having access to the golf cart, bikes and beach supplies was everything. Prominence is located in the middle of 30A. It’s a pretty quiet part of the strip which we really appreciated. It was so easy to ride over to Rosemary or Seaside when we wanted the action, but then return back to our oasis. The beach access that was .5 mile away was so beautiful- Deer Lake I think. It wasn’t crowded and it was easy to park the golf cart. Aleisia was so wonderful to work with- communicative, attentive and helpful. They made it a breeze. We can’t wait to come back next year!
We vacation on 30-a every year + have stayed in the Prominence community a handful of times—this stay was by far our favorite!
Aleisia and Eric have done an OUTSTANDING job preparing their home for guest!
The unit itself is very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils & day-to-day luxuries—to include a Keurig & regular coffee maker, bathroom towels/linens, washer/dryer, abundance of seating, board games, television(s) including Hulu, Roku, & Netflix capabilities. A binder has been prepared for guest with all necessary codes, instructions, and requests of the owners; if reviewed upon arrival, you should have no questions during your stay!
With regard to transportation and beach preparation, the Rouses have so graciously provided ALL (and I mean ALL) necessary tools and toys to ensure your beach days are enjoyed with ease—this includes; 4 bikes/helmets, a low-speed 4 seater golf cart with multiple compartments for the PROVIDED cool cabana, wagon, beach chairs, & cooler.
The description of this home is exactly as it reads, if not better.
I could go on and on about our stay and how we wanted for nothing. Even if we did, Aleisia was a simple phone call or text away.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was our first time to 30A and loved every bit of it. The house had everything you could need from bikes, to the golf cart, beach chairs and a bunch of beach toys for your littles. The owners provide a lot of information about the area which was very helpful.

We had a great stay at the Coastal Breeze. The property is centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary. Very well appointed, literally stocked with all the essentials. Not to mention it was spotless and even still had the new house smell. The beach supplies were much appreciated along with the golf cart. The owners were very responsive and gracious. Aleisia was so responsive to our inquiries/questions and every detail of the condo was so thoughtfully considered! We enjoyed early morning beach time, down time during the afternoon, and grilling poolside in the evening. The golf cart was super fun to take to the grocery store and nothing could beat crab hunting at night! My standards for cleanliness are admittedly high and this condo was indeed immaculate!
