Panama City Beach Paradise

When you’re going on vacation the quintessential component is housing: the cleanliness, coziness, and space to walk around. At this condo they hit all three!We were delighted to see a beautiful beach view, stories above the ocean so we were not awoken by beach goers. It was clean, the beds and sheets were comfy, and the kitchen had brand new appliances to cook. A nice room on vacation can change the entire experience, during our vacation, it heightened it!

8 nights of family vacation bliss!

This wonderful condo was perfect for our family of 6. We have girls ages 14, 11, 11 and 8 and we all slept comfortably all week. Amenities were great and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. The ease of traveling around the city was so great and everything was within a 10 minute drive. We will most definitely be visiting this condo again.

Highly recommend!

This was one of the larger condos that we looked at, and Im so glad we chose it. My kids were so excited to have their own rooms. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious. The condo community had great amenities and there was plenty of security to make sure a few didnt ruin the good time for everyone else. Would definitely recommend!

Jan was great at communication with me and allowed us to check in at 3pm, instead of 4pm, which was great! The check in process was so easy! I HIGHLY recommend completely the resorts parking form 3 to 4 weeks in advance, that is emailed to you.The attendant was very friendly and informative. Security guards were very friendly as well! The condo, was very spacious! Both bedrooms towards the back of the condo were nice! The bathroom was nice as well. The cleanliness of the rooms were good! I would recommend maybe labeling which remotes go with which tv, that was alittle difficulty to figure out, but we did. The shared bathroom cleanliness was ok, besides the air vent was dusty, so we just cleaned it off. They could use some new paint, due to seeing "touch up paint " but other than that it was nice! The washer and dry work great! The kitchen was great! There was everything we needed to cook and eat! Cleanliness was ok. We did find a half eaten oreo on the floor by the island, and some broken pieces of glass on the floor, that was missed but we just swept it up and remopped. The living area was nice. There was some stained on the furniture. The master bedroom, was lovely! The balcony was nice and the views were amazing! The balcony had toys for children to take to the beach. The resort itself was nice, along with the staff. Overall the condo and resort was very nice and we plan on coming back next October for another week stay!

Great place to stay!

This condo was perfect as a quick birthday getaway for my mom. Although no special accommodations were requested, the space, location, and amenities were suitable for our needs. Very clean and the property manager provided all the information needed for our stay and was easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay here, the view was amazing! Shops and restaurants were in walking distance. Definitely a great family vacation. Jan was very helpful when I sent a msg with an issue and was quick to inform me about a change. It was so easy to communicate which was much appreciated.

Beautiful condo

We had a short family vacation. The beach condo is clean with beautiful ocean views from the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked, well organized. It was easy to make a family dinner for 7 and eat on the balcony while watching sunset. The resort hot tubs and heated pools are awesome for the winter. Very relaxing. We will certainly return to this condo again. The host was very attentive. Overall we had a great experience

Amazing Stay in Panama City

We had an incredible stay at this property from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained so much value to our experience. The location was perfect – close to beach, restaurant and shopping. We especially loved. The hosts were also fantastic, responsive, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't recommend this property enough and would absolutely return the next time we're in. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Best Vacation away from home

Condo was better than expected. The beach view was amazing, owner made sure we had everything we needed in order for us to have a comfortable stay. There were beach toys on the balcony for the kiddos to play in the sand with. I brought dishes for our Thanksgiving dinner to be prepared in but everything that I brought was already there ready for us to use. The pools onsite were awesome. The theater played a Christmas movie on Thanksgiving that didn’t cost a thing. Everyone was nice and the property manager Jan was very helpful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Will recommended to everyone who’s looking for a great place to vacation with family or their mate.

Family Trip

We have been traveling to PCB for 5 years now and the last 3 we have stayed at Majestic. PCB has the beautiful water that we are looking for and is a family friendly area. The pools are large enough to enjoy and are shaded in the mornings. We also enjoy the catwalk from the parking garage to the condo so that we do not have to cross busy traffic with children. This year the beach chairs were provided by Going To The Beach, they were front row ans we had the same chairs every day. This company is significantly less attentive than companies we have used in previous years. In short they pack the chairs up at 3 pm instead of 5 pm and they do not help set up or move the umbrellas. I did try to reach the owner to extend our stay, I was not responded to for a few weeks and when I was responded to the days that I wanted to extend were booked. After we checked in the owner was very responsive to messages and promptly got back to us. We did have issues with cleanliness. The staff was still in the unit at 430 (check in is 4) doing laundry and making the beds. She also left a few pillow cases in the dryer that I later folded and put away. The floor was also very sandy when we arrived through out the unit, when sweeping I found broken glass by the patio door in the livingroom. The bench and living room couch were both broken and in poor condition. The couch is not the pictured couch when booking. The plug in the hall tub does not work and we couldnt use that bathtub to give the kids baths
