We decided to extend our stay and had to move units. This unit was available, and I’m not sure why because it was in great shape. It was very clean and had plenty of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish, soap, etc. It exceeded expectations for the two days we were there and would be a perfect property for a five day vacation.

Great resort and location

You don’t have to stay on the beach with the crowds and traffic; you can stay here and still enjoy the views of the grand lagoon and take a boat shuttle over to the beach from this location. We have a boat and we used that to go anywhere on the water, including marina’s, restaurants, and the less crowded beach at Saint Andrew’s State Park and Shell Island. We stayed during the Baypoint billfish tournament and enjoyed seeing the fish being brought in and weighed. If golf is your thing, there’s plenty of it on the beautiful golf course here. You can walk to the marina, a couple of restaurants, and the golf course and pro shop. The pool here is beautiful, clean and huge. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.
