There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, single vanity, and a full set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton essentials. The living room has two sofas and a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and basic cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, drip and Keurig coffee makers, wine glasses, and all the cookware and utensils you need — just bring your own spices. The dining table seats 4. You have two outdoor spaces: a private back balcony off the bedroom and a front balcony with high-top seating, both great for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Please note this is a 2nd-floor walk-up condo. There is no elevator available on the property.
