**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice). These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive and 600 Henley Circle. Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located on the 3rd-floor walkway.

Such a clean and fresh condo! Great location!! It is not on the main road, which is great. Luggage carts are in 3rd floor breezeway. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway.
Everything was great very clean very responsive manager only down side was the elevator noise with this unit sharing a wall with the elevator. It was pretty noisy especially at night and early in the morning. Unit was furnished nicely with everything we needed for a great stay
Nice unit. Needs a little attention to mechanicals. TV was a struggle to use. All drains drained very slow. One light was out, one in kitchen blinked while it was on. Garbage disposal doesn't work. The location of this unit is behind the elevator so there's elevator noise if that's an issue. We always carry a sound machine in the event there's outside noise to help us sleep. Overall, very clean. Nice stay.

Second time we've stayed at this building. We loved it both times
We enjoyed our stay! The property was great! It was clean and had all the comforts of home. We liked the ocean view and easy access to the beach. We would stay there again. Only problem was the dryer was messed up.
This condo was perfect. The decor is beautiful, clean and beach inspired! There is plenty of room for a family of 3. The location is perfect. Not to crowded, great restaurant located right next door that you can easily walk to, and stores close by. It’s a must try!
Quiet area. Perfect time to come is in Oct! You have to Uber to all the attractions.
The sunsets were amazing! We were able to watch dolphins swim by. Cleanliness of the condo could definitely use some work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location for us was perfect. You will have to Uber or drive to all the main attractions. Great Mexican restaurant just down the way. Also schooners was super convenient for us! Thank you!

Noisy Elevator All night long
Last minute we decided to oay for an extra night The Day we arrived Husband got sick and passed away i asked for a refund since we were not able to stay extra day and they refused. Horrible customer care here.
Great location, can walk to several restaurants and shops. Beach close to the water.
The condo was comfortable. The kitchen small and somewhat tight. Did not cook there. Didn't have much of cookware anyway. Dishes were nice. TV was Roku, all streaming. Bathrooms were nice, & clean. Only negative was the balcony floor was dirty. Feet got black from walking barefoot out there. Tried the online chat. Got nothing. Tried calling 800 #. On hold too long. Not where I want to spend my time. Just wore flip flops out there. PCB has beautiful beaches and water. Not a whole lot to do . We rented a pontoon one day. Great trip. Dolphin came right up to the boat. Kids snorkeled and found lost of good shells and hermit crabs at Shell Island. Definitely should go that. We used Lagoon Pontoons. They did not disappoint. All in all great family trip.
Property was very nice, clean and comfortable. The ocean views were awesome and the elevators are fast, parking easy. However, there are 3 remotes to the livingroom tv and no instructions on how to use them. When we got there we did call the property person, Logan, and he told us he would send someone up to help get it to where it would change channels. Well, they came up but did not call us or leave a note on how to work it. We are pretty good at figuring it out, but this was not easy and we had trouble the whole time. Then in the bedroom, it stayed on the same channel all week because there were 2 remotes and same thing, we couldn't figure out how to use them.
Everything else was in working order and fine, except the master bedroom bed is slanted in the middle and you both roll into each other. When the bed is made you can still see how it is dipped in the middle.
We absolutely love Seychelles and have stayed here multiple times. We love to eat at Schooners next door, but in the future we will book through Seychelles.
The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The location was perfect and the beach was surprisingly not super crowded like I thought it would be. The pools were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!
The unit was awesome, very clean and amazing view of the beach. Pools were very clean as well. The elevator was for sure loud when we were trying to sleep but we expected that from other reviews. Over all it was great, my kids loved it and said the bunk beds were very comfy! There was also umbrellas, beach wagon, and plenty of toys in the closet.
My husband and I stayed in Seychelles with Real Joy. It was the easiest and stress free vacation we’ve had! Clean building and right on the ocean! We enjoyed the beach and pool and being in walking distance of Schooners! We absolutely will be returning!
We had such a wonderful stay! Watching dolphins each morning with my coffee and the breathtaking sunsets each night with dinner were such a joy. The place was clean and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend and hope to visit again in the future.
The condo was updated, clean, and in a good location. The unit is next to the bowels of the elevator so if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bedroom does have carpet which threw me off a little, but I’m super picky about germs. Steps from the beach away from the traffic of the Pier Park area. I would rent this unit again.

We were disappointed at the cleanliness and functionality of the property. The master bath tub had not been cleaned- at all. Hair, shampoo residues on the wall. We put clothes in the dryer, the handle was secured with duct tape and front panel falling off. The dryer was still running the next morning and when I opened the door it kept on running?!? Dusty on tops of furniture. The stove top was greasy. Housekeeping and maintenance needs an upgrade.
I loved this condo! The pool and chairs need some assistance as far as cleanliness and order! Our balcony had a black area as you walked out the w that needs to be cleaned! Everything else in the condo was great! Will stay there again!
