Registration & Parking
• For bookings that start after January, guests will be charged $40 per registration, plus the credit card transaction fee, through GuestSVCS upon registration completion.

• Garage clearance is 7 feet

Important Rental Information
• Late May through early August: 4-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• Early March through late April: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Monthly rentals
• For shorter stay requests during restricted seasons, please submit an inquiry
• Maximum 2-week rentals from March through November
• For special requests, please contact Reservations directly
• Renter must be at least 21 years old
• Guests under 25 will be charged a separate $500 security deposit by the management company
• The security deposit is not included in the grand total
