Perfect for our family of 3! The property was clean and management made the stay super easy! Our adult son did say that the bunk room beds are a little too firm for his liking, but I am sure little kids would not care!

The BEST time in PCB! This unit was so clean, perfect location, had everything we needed and absolutely LOVED the beach chairs/umbrella that were included in the rental. Beds were comfy, views were gorgeous and location was perfect for everything. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

We came over for a long weekend during the Panama City Beach Air show. The location of the condo was perfect! We could watch from the beach, pool, and the unit itself! The unit was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for the quick getaway.

Outstanding view

Construction and painting was happening on half of the building so the area near the pool was covered up to keep pool area clean was unusable. Also had the refrigerator fail lost food. Otherwise had very nice time stayed a month great view lots to do!

Great location, very nice property

This was a perfect place for us to stay for our fall break trip. The condo was clean and check-in was very easy. The kids loved the bunk beds. That bedroom is closest to the busy street though so traffic is a little loud. I think this is probably the same at all properties though because that main strip is just loud. A lot of cruisers! My kids just used ear plugs and all was well. We would definitely stay here again. Easy walking distance to the pier and Pier Park. We spent many nights watching people fish off the pier, while eating ice cream from Kilwin’s.

Great location and views but could use a little refresh

This condo is in an excellent location and is nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable and my daughters loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Beautiful views of the ocean and a nice table on the balcony to enjoy oceanfront breakfasts too. While the condo initially appeared clean when looking around a little more it was clear the condo hadn’t had a deep scrub in a while. We also came across mold in the bathroom, but I will add that as soon as I messaged about it, someone from maintenance came and bleached it. Also, I cook often and unfortunately many of the drawers with cooking supplies appeared dirty and we came across many dirty utensils too. While these are easy fixes in my opinion it was something that should be looked at in between guest stays.

Nice building

The room was nice. Everything was in working order. We had problems once we got to the property with the code for the garage. The code we were given didn’t work and we couldn’t get ahold of the property manager. Someone finally let us in from another unit with their code. When we finally got a call back, they gave us a new code which also didn’t work. Another call and wait for a call back again was unsuccessful. We continued to use the code from a kind neighbor for the garage. The room code worked just fine but the same thing happened with access to the beach. The code we were given didn’t work. We also had to use another’s code. Except for that issue and not being able to get ahold of management, the stay was nice. We love the Aqua building. I would suggest maybe another management company though.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

First, the owner’s VRBO representative was amazing. They notified me right before check-in that the AC was offline. I tried to gracefully express that this was a huge issue for us and it was almost immediately handled and the AC performed well for our entire stay. I cannot thank them enough for handling this and for making sure we had AC and portable fans during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure the AC was working. Now for the whole picture, Aqua was not what we were looking for as it seemed like a serene, upscale place to stay. The balcony was almost unusable as was the pool and beach. The balcony. My goodness. The hotel next door held pool parties and did construction at night. So blaring music during the day and beep beep beeping at night from a cherry picker. Add in people smoking on balconies at Aqua and it was a miserable place to be. We must have gone in and out 10000x. The pools. People vaping/smoking plus lack of loungers. That was fun. The beach. So crowded. The beach service included stated that they may or may not have chairs available for seasonal rentals because of the numbers. We did get chairs but we were on the back row and next to the gasoline canisters for the waverunners. I’ve never been on a beach more crowded with tents and blankets, plus chairs and rentals. It was a lot. The traffic was bad being close to Pier Park. Lots of loud music and burnouts at night, yes we could hear those inside on the 10th floor. So, no Aqua again!

Amazing Time with great amenities

This was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunks and we enjoyed the master bed. The kitchen had a lot of tools and we enjoyed the k cups coffee maker. Great washer and dryer.
