"The room was fine, cleaning staff great. The front desk is a gong show. No one seemed to know what was going on, the staff were not helpful. The pool only had 4 lounge chairs, the cushions were very dirty. The pool was not clean and the pool decking was very dirty. Nothing had been scrubbed up there for some time."

"I NEVER COULD ENTER! You charged me twice the price plus the hotel charged me again and I never used the room due to the fact that the system in the hotel was broken when we tried to check in. YOU MUST REIMBURSE ME and the hotel too!"
