"The place looks magnificent. Great gardens, and excellent view. However extremely poor value for money. We paid more than USD 320 per night and we got nothing for that amount: No coffee in the room, no minibar, no body lotion, no iron, no bath robes, no gim, no shuttle services to the main city street. The hotel restaurant has poor menu and very expensive. To summarize - very poor value for the money we had paid."

"We stayed in Room #1. The view was exceptional looking at the volcanos. It really wasn’t very noisy. In Pana there are a lot of dogs in the streets and they can be quite noisy. If you are looking for a five star hotel, this isn’t the place. But I would stay there again on our next trip to the lake. There is a little swimming pool but my wife and I didn’t use it. Bring your own washcloths as they are a rare commodity when traveling in central and South America."

"If you’re going to be charging US dollars the room needs to reflect the price. The room itself needs to be updated a lot. It looks like they just do what they have to do to keep it running. The Carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The condo seems rundown. No ac, and it gets humid at night as the Windows barely opened a tiny bit and there is no AC. You can’t leave the back door windows open cause all the bugs will come in. The communication is terrible. Good luck, someone helping you. The number I was given to call, never replied or answered me. So I went on Expedia and spoke to someone who even then took hours to reply. The direction to Skyview was incorrect, the Uber driver wanted to leave me in the middle of nowhere Because he couldn’t find the directions to Skyview and no one heard of it. The actual place is called the Rivera Attilan. Upon arrival, no one there could help us because apparently this place is a private owner. So there is no concierge. There’s no towels for the pool. There’s no place to leave your luggage. You just have to thug until you get your room at 2 PM. You’re far from the main city. It’s about a 30 minute walk or you need to take the Launcha, a “boat”. finding a tuk tuk from there is hard. Probably better if you have your own car. They have one restaurant there the food is not good and it is super expensive! Go into town to eat better food and better price. The one good thing I can say is the view is spectacular.I’m Not coming back."

"Location is a tiny bit out of Pana but is more quiet. The views were amazing and such a great value for the location and views! Would be saving this hotel for when I return!"
