Overall decent stay. Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor during each use and the issue was never fixed or addressed properly. Nothing towels can’t fix. Stains on most of the linens but not unheard of for these types of properties. Room service must be requested before 11:00 AM but if you request it at 10:52 you are denied, told that it must be requested before 11:00. The location was good and it was nice to be slightly tucked away from the street. On site staff were friendly. AC worked great. Lots of things near by within reasonable walking distance. For the room itself, one of those you get what you pay for situations.

It has been awhile since i last stayed here. Great expansions have occured. Atmosphere is more lively and welcoming. The sports betting area is huge but there is only one place to order food and the line gets very big. The spa, gym and swimming pool remain spacious . There was only one waitress at the pool taking orders so it was difficult to get her attention. The pool opens at 10am which was inconvenient. Pickle ball courts were empty& only $20 per hour.Room was spacious with comfortable bed & pillows. Overall it was quite and good to sleep. Sids Cafe is pricey but they served alot of food for breakfast & lunch. There is free shuttle service to Fremont & the strip but the staff is not aware of the schedule and no signs exist. There was only 8 people on the shuttle going to Fremont & the shuttle to the strip was empty. Tram is convenient also but be prepared to walk alot once it reaches the other Casinos. Westgate has improved alot, the gift and coffee shop seemed to be always open. The staff is older and very friendly.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and we loved it! The room, amenities, and dining options were great! The pools are spacious and plenty of room for all guests.

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. Our bungalow room had two French doors that opened to a view of the ocean, perfect for taking in the cool breeze. We enjoyed the resort and will visit again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
