Palo Verde Hotels, Tucson

"I really liked the decor and landscape of this hotel. It really celebrates Arizona and the desert. Also, we left before 7am and the staff already had coffee, etc nice teas, not just lipton. Also Angel checked us in and went out of her way to bring us a microwave so we could warm up food i brought from home. Very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, beds, and showers comfortable. Only tiny issue was that the toilet paper roll holder was loose (minor, but fixable). "

"Guest service was always prompt and helpful. Loved the charm of the hotel and thr room had everything we needed for a week long stay."

"Room was clean. Staff were courteous and efficient. Improvements could be made by hotel providing brewed coffee in lobby and perhaps complimentary breakfast. Rooms could have more luggage holders (one was provided) as only area to put luggage is on floor or chairs. Plenty of restaurants within 5 mile radius. Also, casino next door for entertainment and restaurants. However, casino caused parking lot to become filled quickly on weekends. Not walkable, car needed. The pool was adequate but slide into pool was not operational. Would stay again. Refrigerator in room (very small) but no microwave. Also, safe in room for valuables if needed."

"The room was spotless; guest services brought us to our room in a golf cart so that we didn’t have to tote our luggage; we were able to upgrade our stay to the Stargazer suite and really enjoyed the private hot tub; the patio seating at the restaurant/bar was amazing - we sat by the fire pit while enjoying our drinks all while overlooking the city of Tucson. "
