Brand new, clean, private, roomy, stylish, 1 bedroom/1 bath barnominium apartment in beautiful Chattahoochee Hills. Close to Serenbe, Palmetto, Fayetteville, Newnan, Fairburn. Easy access to I-85, South Fulton Pkwy., Atlanta, Airport, etc.

Brand new stainless steel appliances and stackable washer/dryer.

Lots of windows and high ceilings provide a feeling of spaciousness and oneness with nature.

We will have an outdoor seating area soon, although for now we have outdoor folding chairs that you can set up weather permitting.

Nestled among fruit and other trees, grape vines and bee hives nearby. If you are highly allergic to bees do not stay here! Although the bees mind their own business and do their own thing, caution is requested.

No Pets. No smoking inside.

Wonderful extended stay at this great location. Great for people that want to be in nature but not to far from the city as well. Owners are extremely helpful if you need anything at all throughout your stay. I will definitely book again in the future. Clean, quiet, comfortable!

The property was was clean, beautiful and located in a quiet tucked away neighborhood with plenty of space. It was the perfect distance for the small country feel; yet a short drive to access the stores & entertainment. The owners were wonderful to work with; as I had made an error in communication/booking that could have impacted the stay. They immediately problem solved then found a resolution & there is immense gratitude.

Awesome ‘barn’!!!
we absolutely loved our stay here! Tracy and David were great on communication and everything was perfect! The place is absolutely spotless and has everything you possibly need to be comfortable! We had an extended stay, and it was a great location for us to go and look at new homes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and our hosts were the best!!
