"As a solo traveler, this property is just as beautiful as the pictures. As a first time traveler to florida, st.pete, the location of this hotel couldn't be anymore perfect. Its was so great just walking down to grab food, and having the option to cook something in the hotel room. The hotel staff were wonderful, and most importantly available when needing something. The pool was amazing. You get good sun to tan, the pool is not heated so it cools you down from the florida heat. I did read a comment where someone said the mattress was not comfortable and I did agree with that, but it is a preference as the mattress was very soft and you sink in a little. There is also a picture somewhere with a dirty foot, the floors are not dirty at all LOL. Definitely would book again and if I travel to Miami or Tampa I will look for this hotel to stay in."

"Arrived the week after Mother’s Day. Despite calling ahead due to disabled child and being told a room would be ready arrived and the only room ready was a 200$ up charge. WiFi did not work the entirety of the stay. Hotel did not have washcloths despite asking for them multiple times. Room was still dirty when we entered with a tips and hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. The pool was nice and the location on the beach was good. They were out of the free gifts for the entire stay. Bar staff was nice although bar and food options were very expensive l. The kids loved the water slide next door and met some nice people at the pools. The smores were nice for the kids. Umbrellas on the beach are not up all day and only two are included in your room fee with an extra 30.00 if you have more than two people in your room. Lots of up charges including a need for multiple rides / multiple reminders that staff and golf cart transportation work for tips . "

"Our stay was fantastic! Short but sweet with excellent service, killer views with rooftop pool (that serves bevvies and nibbles while you lounge) and bar, and tasty restaurant that served some of the best lobster Mac I’d ever had. We will be back!"
