Log home with attached studio apartment in the beautiful Matanuska-Susitna Valley. You’ll love the breathtaking views of Pioneer Peak from the window! There’s easy access to rivers, lakes, and hiking. It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. It’s a comfy studio with amenities and well stocked refrigerator. Perfect for an adventurous getaway in Alaska! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECONDARY UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THIS STUDIO.

And the scenery on the way can't be beat! Landscape wise, Pioneer Peak is the star of the show on this trip along the Old Glenn Highway & Bodenburg Loop Road.

Place was perfect, clean, great view out of window, we had a great time staying here!! Addition of a space to hang up clothing would be great, we would 100% stay here again it is a great value and a perfect place for a quick stay or a long trip for a couple!!! Great property for overnight stay

We had an overnight stay on our way to Fairbanks. This was an easy drive from Anchorage and was very accessible. Great communication and check-in process. Room was exactly as listed. Would recommend!

Loved the view from my window! Would have liked a few clothes hangers; could use the shower curtain rod to hold them. Lovely, safe neighborhood and nice clean room. Good for a single or a couple.
