Easy check in with a warm choc chip cookie, the room was soundproof and super spacious with a really comfy king size bed and a huge tv. The bathroom was luxurious with a beautiful shower. We had dinner in the bar/restaurant and have to give the barman a shout out as he was doing the bar, waiting tables and doing reception.

Loved the proximity to Universal Studios and the overall vibe of the property.

Everything was great! The location was brillant, staff amazing and helpful! And my daughter loved the heated pool

My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great clean room and comfortable bed will stay again when in the area

Construction noise and homelessness

Friendly helpful staff clean and tidy

Great location

We stayed in a junior suite (club lounge access) room and that was great. The room was a good size and having access to tea/coffee and various drink at the lounge all day along was very useful. Breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of drinks and small snacks during the evening, too. There are outstanding views from the lounge. The best about Omni hotel for us is that it's literally 5 min walk to Walt Disney Concert Hall, where we watched 2 shows during our stay.

Very nice hotel in a safe neighbourhood. The room was lovely and clean. Staff were professional and friendly.
