"Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."

"We had a fantastic time at Jackie’s property! She seems like a wonderful person and was so very nice. I think literally the only thing we wished was there was a pool with the very large backyard. The location was very quiet, neighborhood like. The access to the Cortez bridge was very close and the parking to this property was great. Inside you get a wow factor as soon as you walk in. I LOVE the open kitchen setup and the back porch is like the icing on the cake. Jackie had just about everything we could possibly need and more. Jackie goes above and beyond to reach out and offer suggestions on the areas, provide great local recommendations, and simply to ensure we are doing good. I would gladly stay here or at any of Jackie’s properties any day of the week. We look forward to reserving one of the others in the future! 10/10 all day from us!"

"Property is very clean and beautiful. It is located 12-15 min to the beach area by car. Fully equipped kitchen. Beach trolley, umbrellas and chairs are provided. Beautiful landscaping and outdoor space."

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. Transportation to and from the abandoned vessel is offered via a ‘water taxi service’. After paying for ‘unlimited’ transport for two people ($25 per person) we were taken back to shore by Captains Sammie, to spend the day visiting the surrounding area. Upon our return in the evening, we called Sammie for a return trip around 6 pm and were told she was on her way. An hour and a half later, after multiple text messages and unanswered voicemails we realized that we had been screwed. Thanks to a couple that we met on the dock while waiting for the return trip, we were able to get back to the boat and retrieve our personal belongings. We didn’t stay the second night of our booking. "
