"Our group really enjoyed our stay. So many fun activities to keep families entertained. Something for everyone. Only 15 minutes from good beaches and a well stocked kitchen. Included beach chairs and wagons which was great. Mosquitos were the biggest downside which isn't the houses fault but bring bug spray!"

"This was an overall great experience! The house worked perfectly for our large group. The kids ranging from 2 to 22 all had something to entertain themselves with during our time at the house. The host was very responsive and solved a small issue with an electrical breaker that was faulty. They had someone by almost immediately."

"Wonderful rental! The house had everything we needed and more. Lots of towels, cooking utensils, games, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to restaurants and stores. The drive to the beach is very manageable. Pool and hot tub were so nice. Our kiddos loved both very much."

"Very clean and absolutely amazing house! The pool was awesome, fishing off the dock was great and there was always something to entertain everyone between the books and games and water activities! There’s a note in the garage that we were welcome to use the pool & sand toys and fishing equipment. We even bought a few things to leave behind as well! The only ‘issues’ we had were the bugs outside because the pest repellent system did not work. We would absolutely rent this house again!"

"Nice large older house for our family of 15 in a nice neighborhood. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Convenient location with lots of seating inside and out. Loved the porch swing overlooking the water and large backyard for games. We were able to dock the boat but the electrical outlet at the end of the dock did not work for charging the battery. Bring 2 long extension cords if you plan on using. We were able to park the boat trailer in front of 3rd garage even though initially they said there wasn't room but later said there was. Having the boat there was a huge asset.The kitchen was well stocked except for dishwasher detergent. Lots of storage/ pantry space.Both drip and Kuerig coffee pots. Three refrigerators. One in kitchen and a small one on back porch and in apartment. Only one small microwave, none in apartment. The apartment was great and really cute for our family of 4.We only had 2 problems that the management company responded quickly to. There were not enough towels for the bathrooms, pool or kitchen for 15 people for a week and they brought extra. Also 2 of the 3 airconditioners in the main house quit cooling and they sent a repair person quickly. It was just a clogged drain thank goodness. The rental company was very good about checking on us and following up.The house is in need of some minor repairs and deep cleaning but overall is a great home that was perfect for our family. We'd highly recommend it."
