Charming apartment in the historic centre of Palma
Accommodation categorised as Interior Tourism, located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). It has a main bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. It should be noted that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan environment.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. Due to the building's characteristics and the narrow staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties, nor for families with baby strollers. However, if they decide to book despite this, we can install a cot and high chair upon request at an additional cost of €10/day. If needed, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
It is an elegant, quiet and fully equipped dwelling. From the apartment, there are views of a small quiet street in the old town.
Its location is ideal for discovering Palma on foot. It is not necessary to have private transport, as it is just 5-10 minutes walking from some of the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig des Born.
The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of the neighbourhoods with the most personality in Palma, highly appreciated both for its location and its authentic atmosphere. In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars and cafés frequented mainly by residents, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that provides a special character to the neighbourhood.

During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

The apartment is a short walk from the top sites and restaurants in Palma. The apartment is very spacious and the furnishings are very thoughtful for a rental apartment. I would stay there again.

Very nice and perfectly equipped apartment in a central location in Palma's old town. Would definitely book again.
Apartment is ideal for a couple, as long as they are fit for the steep, narrow stairs. Rooftop terrace is great for eating breakfast. However there is some wear and tear (eg shower screen and tray are in need of replacement) so not perfect.

Situated in a nice nighbourhood, walking distance to all major sight seeings in Palma.
The appartment was a little worn out, i.e cupboard door hang loose. Extra towels would have been nice. Had to ask for our third visitors bed linen, but the feed back was quick😀 Would appriciate that steps are also clearly mentioned as the stairs are extremely step, narrow and high very scary with a big suitcase.

Great location, easy access to everything, beach, shopping and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was clean and tidy and fine for our stay.
Bedding supplied was for 3 guests not 4 so the first night we had no bedding and towels for one of us! not ideal. No provisions at all - no tea/coffee/milk/sugarcleaning products like wash up liquidcloths. Some basics would be nice to have especially when you arrive late at night and no shops open nearby. Otherwise apartment was good.

Very nice place
The apartment is near the seaside and not too far from the center which is great if you want to visit everything the island has to offer. Bright ambience and outstanding balcony in the attic. The apartment's equipped with all you need on a short vacation and the householders are very kind and always ready to hear your concerns.

Nice apartment beware of the stairs
Apartment had everything needed for a short stay. Nice terrace to catch the sun. Comfortable bed and very hot water.
The stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow. These should be mentioned in the description of the apartment as they would not be suitable for the elderly, for childrenanyone with mobility problems. Also it would have been nice to have been provided with basic tea and coffee making provisions including milk especially for those who arrive in the late evening.

Extremely steep and narrow stairs to the apartment. It was a terrible TV sofa we didn’t wanna touch. The TV was old and not a smart TV. The toilet wall didn’t go all the way up to the roof, therefore no privacy. The sofa on the balcony was in hard plastic material and also not useable

El piso es estupendo. Me encantó y volvería. La reforma tiene unos detalles muy muy artísticos y bonitos. Las vistas de las terrazas son impresionantes. Hay cafetera Nespresso de cápsulas que es un puntazo para una italiana ) y un montón de utensilios para cocinar.
Quizás los colchones son un poco blandos y se nota la falta de secadora, si tengo que comparar con otro piso de la misma agencia. La TV tiene solamente 6 canales que funcionan, el satélite no funciona y no hay TV en el dormitorio (por si a alguien le interesa, os dejo la info). Las escaleras no son de lo más cómodo, pero se sube rápidamente, tampoco es para tanto. Una pena que no haya garaje.
The apartment was ideal….once you get your cases in it. The stairs are narrow and steep and getting a big heavy case up 4 stories is not easy. Little cases recommended!! Apartment was all good to stay in and just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Palma city which is excellent.
Sehr gepflegtes, wenn auch nicht ganz neues, und voll ausgestattetes Objekt in guter bis sehr guter Lage in der östlichen Altstadt. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Markt und zu div. anderen Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants.
Besonderheiten:
1. Sehr steiles und enges Treppenhaus.
2. Bei dem großen Gebäude direkt gegenüber handelt es sich um eine Schule.
3. Es können ausnahmslos spanische TV-Sender empfangen werden.
Super moderne lejlighed i hjertet af Old town Palma, med skøn rooftop terrasse, aircondition og tæt på strand, så alt hvad kan ønske sig. Lidt stejl tæppe op til lejligheden, så pas på. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Great apartment, in good location. Very bright, clean and with many lovely small touches, you rarely get . Patio was great, a lovely sitting out space. Apartment was exceptionally bright and clean. Access, although not in person, was very easy and well communicated. We were kept informed of all we needed to know by e mail and Whats App. Highly recommend. Would come again

Квартира расположена в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей Пальмы. Ресторны,магазины все близко. Хороший выбор если хотите погулять по городу. Везде ходили пешком.
Лестница очень крутая и это надо учитывать если у вас много багажа и маленькие дети. Я бы посоветовала использовать 2 маленьких одеяла вместо одного большого.
