The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. An area surrounded by parks, supermarkets a few meters away, the beach very close and the congress palace. It is very close to the center of Palma and the Vía Cintura highway for all directions.

Only rent to families or couples minium 25 years old, the terrace can not use after 12:00 PM night to dont disturber the neightboards.

Great apartment, bad neighborhood
Great apartment, 5km to the Palma city center. The second bedroom is significantly smaller than the one you see in the photos and it has no wardrobe. The neighborhood is really bad though. It smells like piss all day. Full of junkies. The host was super kind, ready to assist us in every way. Thank you.

Nice, fresh and spacious!
The apartment is wonderful. Marina is a great host, very kind and helpful. No complaints about the apartment whatsoever it even has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Just keep in mind that it is a rather sketchy neighbourhood and at least 5 taxi drivers told us to be careful as there were many drug dealers and prostitutes near by. We on the other hand did not experience such a problem other than creepy men starring and screaming, but as long as you stick with your group and are aware of your surroundings it is not an issue. I definitely recommend staying here and if I ever go back to Palma I will for sure consider staying here again! :)

Very clean an nicely renovated Apartment.
We have been friendly received and been given recommendations how to get to different places. Apartment is very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. it takes about 15 minutes walking distance to plaza de España.

Schöne, große Wohnung, Meer und Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar
Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in der Wohnung und wollten Palma/die Insel erkunden. + wir wurden herzlich empfangen + Supermärkte, Bäcker, Zentrum von Palma, Busstation, Meer/Strand fußläufig erreichbar (etwa 10-15 Minuten einplanen) + sehr geräumig + Kochmöglichkeiten, Geschirrspüler + Waschmaschine + modern ausgestattet, kostenloses W-Lan - etwas kühl in der Wohnung (Anfang April) Empfehlung unsererseits. Wir würden wieder kommen - war ein schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Appartement. Sehr freundlicher Service.
Wir waren als Familie in dem Appartement. Es war sehr groß und geräumig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am Meer. Geschäfte sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Guter Service und perfekte Lage, um Palma de Mallorca zu Fuß, mit Taxi und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und besticht durch seine technische Einrichtung. Der einzige negative Aspekt ist die Parkplatz-Situation. Gelbes Natriumdampf-Licht der Straßenbeleuchtung neutralisiert gerne mal die gelben no-parking-zones. Kostet fix mal 85€ Strafe plus 200€ Abschleppgebühr. Ohne Leihwagen ist es die perkfeke Wahl. PS: um die Ecke das Los Leños..... cilantro lime chicken, bistecca con huevos und ein paar Estrella Galicia 👍👍👍
